Overcharged for second day rental, rude, and wont credit my account. Wanda is supposedly the owner when I asked to speak to the owner. We rented a truck Sunday 6/11/17 and got there a couple minutes after 8am, she wrote up that the truck left at 8am which there was no way with doing the paperwork since they didnt even open until 8am. I returned the truck Monday, 15 minutes late. She said U-Haul only allows a 15 minute window and its 18 minutes after. When I pulled up she walked out to the parking lot and said "you are late, I am charging you for another day" I said is anyone waiting? "no, but I am charging you anyways" Steer clear of this location unless you like being overcharged by a rude business owner.

They charged my account, after I canceled the U-haul order!They tried to make me believe I didnt do so!I contacted U-haul and they confirmed that I did cancel the order. I called them back to let them know I that U-haul has this on their records! Was told by staff,must be a glitch in the system! They still did not offer to credit my account! U-haul is going to credit my account on behalf that this place rents there products! I would definitely not recommend this place to any one for a U-haul rental or any other services they offer!

My wife were on our anniversary in Mathews. Our car battery died - wouldnt hold a charge. On our way home we stopped by Bill Farys. They had a battery in stock that was better than OEM, and we were there just 30 minutes, in and out. Very pleased with the service and the people!
