My wife and I purchased a 2012 Suzuki Kizashi SE AWD from Adams Suzuki in July. I have worked as a Master Automobile Technician for the last and this purchase was for my wife and she was treated like a Queen. Our Sales Associate Bryan Christy was a true gentleman to her and spent at least 2 hours going over all the features of the car, in fact he did such a good job I have not had to explain how anything works to her. Top notch treatment through the entire process. Also have to give their Finance Manager Jim Waters kudos as well, he shopped around different banks until he found the terms, interest rate and conditons that were the best for us. We left more than happy with our payment terms, other Dealerships couldnt even come close. Being in the Automobile Industry myself I can say that Adams Suzuki is first class. They will receive all my future business and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends!!!!!

Theyes sold me a Kia Rondo thats was so unsafe mys wife almost got in an accident. They would nt do nothing to fix the car right. Theys tried to put us in another very unsafe vechicle and i s think they was trying to takes advantages of us because wes from the city, Theys all seem nice whens you first gos there to gets a car or to try to get it fixed. But Monty Wells is such a liar, he lies about everthing, he is very dishonest and NEVER returns calls or is evr in the office whens I try to get mys car fixed right.Is would not do business with these people esp the big fat guy in the back, hes so mean and intimidating, Ies really dont feel comfortable in this place ever. Very Very Bad People!

Jim Slaughter was easy to deal with, purchased a used vehicle here. A day after we purchased the vehicle, we noticed an issue with the brakes. We called Jim and he assured us that Adams would take care of it, and set aside a loaner vehicle for us to borrow while our vehicle was being repaired. The owner of the dealership, Ron Adams, is also easy to deal with, and assured us that the brake issue would be taken care of. Id recommend the entire Adams family of dealerships (Jeep, Chevrolet, and pre-owned) to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle in the future!

Bought a new Chrysler Town and Country for 21k. Was told I would get floor mats, after the purchase I was told "it wasnt part of the deal" (less then 30 days after I purchased it). DVD system didnt have headphones either which is supposed to be standard, "not part of the deal either" apparently. These things seem relatively small given the fact your buying a new vehicle. If you buy from Adams in Bel Air make sure you go over every detail with a fine tooth comb.

Horrible service, misdiagnosed my vehicle 3 TIMES. Both Service Manager (Robert Reynolds) and vehicle adviser (Tracey Lynch) misled me and were intensely rude when I prompted them to take responsibility for my safety in my own vehicle on the road AND inconveniencing my money/time many times. HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE.

Talked to the GENERAL MANAGER about a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and he was incredibly disrespectful. In the middle of bartering, after I went up in my price by $200 and didnt match the ONE price he threw out, he said "well good luck to you" and hung up on me. Good job bud you lost a sale over $400.
