I will post my review again since they deleted my last review already that I posted earlier today: I never have filled out a review on here but I have received such poor customer service that I felt the need to. After I purchased my brand new 2015 Dodge Challenger from this place someone dinged my car door at my apartment complex after only putting 1,000 miles on it. I bring it into the ship and they fixed it and it looked nice but...as Im driving away my roof is hanging down in the inside of my car and the lining is all in whack for my sunroof. I immediately bring it back and have to set up an appointment with service. I bring it and they make me stay there for 2 1/2 hours just to tell me they took pictures and I would have to bring it back in two weeks later. In that span of two weeks my break lights wouldnt light up all the way, had issues with my breaks, my sunglass holder was slanting to the side of where they "fixed" my car, my car stalled out twice in one day (its a push button start), and some other odd things that should never occur for a brand new 2015 Dodge Challenger. I brought it in and they gave me a rental for 21 days!!! I had to contact corporate to even have them respond. I would call the sales department and would have to call numerous times to even reach don. Every time I called it went to his voicemail. When he actually did respond it was after a significant amount of time and he didnt address my issues or communicate with me barely at all. So they "fixed" everything but the sunglass holder in which they are waiting for the part. As I got back my car instead of driving the same rental for the last 21 days I wanted to drive my car while I waited for the part. Oh I forgot to mention they had to replace my windshield as well. As I picked up my car tape was still left on from the windshield and they told me I needed to peel it off. Terrible customer service from the start. I tore off the tape and still to this day have adhesive I cant get off my car which looks terrible after twenty minutes of scrubbing. As I drive away I pull my sunglass cover closed to shade out the sun and instantly hear a rip. There is now a big line where it is ripped right down the center of my sunroof cover after only opening and closing it once or twice. The lining they replaced was not level when it came together and is causing the rip. Something that should have easily been detected if they did the work they were suppose to do. Now that needs replaced and the sunglass holder. I have been trying to contact son and corporate told me he would contact me Thursday or Friday at the very latest. It is now Monday and no word from the dealership as I expected. A brand new 2015 Dodge Challenger has gone about a month now with 21 days in the shop and is still not properly fixed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced purchasing anything. I have to take it back because its under warranty and I think they know that and dont care. Don will not communicate with me And the work that has been done on my car is obliviously not up to par. I love the car still but cant stand the service and lack of quality work trying to fix my Brand New car. My last car had 100,000 miles on it and I maybe brought it into the shop once and the issue was fixed that day. With this brand new 2015 Dodge Challenger I feel like I have owned a rental car longer than my own car. I am still waiting for son and dodge to contact me. Worst experience I have ever been a part of. Terrible customer service, terrible work, terrible communication....terrible experience. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Stay away...very very shady

When I first started to look for cars, the first thing I did was a google search on car dealerships, to find out which dealership had the best reviews. I noticed Heritage Honda Parkville had great ratings, so I decided to get a quote for a Honda Crv 2014. And from there, my great experience began with Heritage Parkville. I received an email from Rick Jager, who delivered an excellent experience from the get go. Unlike, all the other car salesman, who just tried to reel me into their dealerships, Rick was honest and directly answered my questions. He didnt try to con me to come in, but gave me the details that I was looking for, such as how much it would cost, what type of financing I could get, and the availability of the car I was looking for. After I responded that I would buy a car that night, I received a call from Rick. Rick wasnt pushy, but he was genuine and made me feel comfortable over the phone call. We set up a time for me to come to see if I really wanted the car and take it out on a test drive. When I arrived Rick greeted me and my girlfriend and gave us his full attention from there on. He offered us drinks and sat us down to go over numbers. Here is the best part, Ricks numbers for the car price didnt change when we came in. It was what he said it was going to be and explained the cost of the car to me. Rick wanted to make sure I liked the car before I signed anything and took us out for a test drive. I loved the car but noticed a couple of scratches. Rick promised me that he would take care of it and make sure that I was happy with the car. Which he kept to his word. A perfect scratch less car. When I left the car dealership, I realized why Heritage Honda Parkville gets great reviews. It is car salesmen like Rick Jager. Rick went beyond his job duties to make sure I left the dealership happy. He was genuine and a man of his word. I left the car dealership with a comforting feeling, because I knew if I had any problems that Rick would actually be there to help me. If Heritage Honda Parkville wants to keep their high reviews, they need to do whatever it takes to keep men like Rick Jager as an employee. Because if it wasnt for him and his ability to make me feel right about this purchase, I would never have bought a car from Herirtage Honda Parkville. P.S. I also wanted a Honda key chain for my keys and Rick came through and got me one for free. I know this doesnt seem like a big deal but it is things like this that makes Rick a superior car salesmen. I highly recommend him and I will purchase my next car from him, so please try to keep him Honda Parkville.

I was so excited to be buying my first new car after driving used ones for almost 50 years. I got the best price at Heritage on my new Honda Fit, but did not get the best sales experience. The salesperson did not walk me through the features of the car and I did not know enough to ask the questions I needed answered about all the computerized features on the car. More than one voice mail and email from me went unanswered. When I went to pick up the car there was a large scratch on the drivers door. I was told to take the car for a week to see if there were other marks and bring it back in to be fixed. I found other marks and brought it in, only to be told I would need to make an appointment and leave it for at least 24 hours. I had the sense to insist on someone picking it up and giving me a loaner. The paint was fixed, after a delay of several days due to rain. The manager told me they would give me the first wax job for free after the paint had cured. They then picked up my car and brought it back again, at which time I noticed several large scratches on the wheels. They agreed to make the repairs on the wheels and, again, picked up my car. I requested 4 new wheels. When the car was returned there were still noticeable scratches on the wheels. I am now waiting to see if I will eventually receive satisfaction. They have provided door-to-door service, but how many more times will they have to take my car to make it right? This whole procedure has been a nightmare. There appears to have been a lot of carelessness in handling my car, and it was obvious no one cared enough to check either the new, ready-to-be-delivered car, or the repair on the wheels. I will probably go elsewhere for service, as I dont want to take a chance on someone mishandling my car again, or showing such obvious lack of care and attention. AUGUST 2, 2016 I am amending this review, as, while my experiences were exasperating, the folks at Heritage have worked with me to resolve the issues with the condition of the body of my 2016 Honda Fit. The scratch on the door was fixed perfectly, and after talking with me in person on two occasions, the issues with the wheels have been resolved. The GM, Sales Manager, and Service Manager all got involved in making the wheels like new, to the extent of returning my car to me in person after picking it up for work, and actually replacing one wheel. I particularly thank Jim Roland for his involvement and concern.
