the worst customer service when issues arise. Good until they get your money. My daughter and I went here and talked to Rob about his cars. ROB assured us that he fixes all of the issues with the cars before he sells them. Sound so convincing and honest. we return and purchase a car. Shes had the car three weeks and has had to return it 3 times. he fixes it with no problem. another issue arises and she calls to tell him. ROB tells my daughter shes ridiculous!!!!!!! I called the dealer because this is unacceptable!!!! they point fingers at my daughter and still calling her ridiculous. im trying to express my concerns and him and is wife is cutting me off. They are not concerned nor apologetic about how displeased were are at this point. The calls goes down hill FAST. totally missed and or ignored, refused to take ownership of this issue. ROB continues to talk about how ridiculous my daughter is and over looking is responsibility. At this point a lost it and cussed him out. Because im trying to expressed my dissatisfaction and my concern, hes cutting me off and now saying I see where your daughter gets if from.. WHAT, it gets bad from here. A lot of cussing and naming calling. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Him and his wife. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM SYNDERS. THEY SALE CARS RIGHT FROM THE AUCTION. NO REPAIRS ARE MADE BEFORE THEY SELL THESE CARS..... PLS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Will never do business with them again.. will never recommend them .. I bought a car there .. put over half the money down of what they wanted for the suv.. 8 months later engine failure & they did me completely dirty ..took it to a mechanic they tell me there was faulty parts on the suv.. should have ran when the first car I drove off the lot had me stuck at a red light cause the transmission blew!. They are very nasty ppl.. they are not professional at all. They told me they take care of their cars . They are liars... will never go there again not the place for any reliable transportation !

Purchased a Used Car at this location just over a year ago. Staff is friendly and very helpful! Prices are great, especially if you check them against KBB. Ive never had a problem or seen a shred of rudeness. ON A SIDE NOTE.... If you look at the review above me, where the bi**h complains about prices and rude sales people. Shes an idiot. Look at her other reviews... She gave Family Dollar in Back River 5 out of 5? My bet is this Bi**h simply could not afford a car, so anything over $1500 to her probably seemed high. These Guys are great and you should definitely give them a look.

We just bought our second vehicle at Snyders!!! In 2009 My boss recommended Snyders to me. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and not only did they have exactly what I wanted but they went out of their way to be there for me after work hours. So when my daughter needed her first car we went directly to Snyders. Once again we received amazing treatment. They also have an amazing repair shop which I use for all of my normal maintenance I highly recommend this dealership for all of your automotive needs.

My wife and i looked at 6 other car lots for a used car before we went to snyders.They were able to help us when no one else would. Everyone else said they did buy here pay here but when we got there they did not and asked us for a co-signor. We left a deposit with snyders and picked up the van the following day, they addressed all of the cosmetic items we wanted fixed and we drove off happy. we have had the van for 3 months now and had no problems. Thank you !!!

My Thoughts

This place has been in Essex forever. I have bought several cars from them over the years, as have a few people I have referred to them. Honest, straight up good deals. Good, decent people that keep it real and are easy to work with. Havent bought from anyone else in years and wont buy from anyone else but Snyders in the future.

They talk a good talk but their words hold no true value. Theyre advertising cars that are not up to par. They do not follow up with potential buyers. When you call theres always an excuse or everyones at lunch...poor workmanship skills.
