UPDATE: WHATEVER, what a generic response. YOU dont think I already "reached out" to your costumer service feedback channels. YOU ALL BLOW IT OFF! what a joke! here is where NOT to buy a car... I bought a car in Feb, a 1 yr old Car with 9k miles on it. It was a previous rental from their dealership so I felt secure buying a young used car that was owned and maintained by the dealership. 2 months in I started feeling HARD vibrations every time I started my car and while ideling. Every time i brought it in i got the response " we started it and didnt feel anything" so after many many many in and outs from the service center for over heating engine on more than one occasuon and other BS with the car (RPM gage and engine revving up while coasting down a hill, overheated 3 different occasions, no a/c, plus other less serious but annoying issues) they finally found out what was wrong only after I got the manufacturer involved. they had to REMOVE the engine in my 1 year old car to replace the gas gages and cylinder. FINE WHATEVER they fixed (for now) but the bs customer service I recieved from the sales Manger was horrendous. I am not saying this lemon is their fault. it is just that a lemon from the factory. shity luck jones bought it and shity luck it was sold to me. but when I told the sales Manger I wanted to trade it because I NEED a reliable car for my job and I do not need to be in and out of the shop. his response " you bought a used car thats why you have warranty" with a look on his face and an attitude of i dont care not my problem... are you freaking kidding me. how about taking some ownership on your sale and work with me rather then telling me I will be upside down if I trade in and thats my issue. so not only am I upside down on a lemon but I have lost my tade in value from my old car. THEN ..... once I get my car back I leave and head to work and roll my window down and find they CHIPPED my drivers side window. I didnt go back in straight away because I had to drive an hour to work and was running late from having to drop kids off and pick up my car from the shop. THEY refuse again to take responsibility because they were only working on the engine and were not near my window. I Drove my car into the shop with NO a/c it was 90 degrees I had my window down I know for a damn fact they chipped it. how did they test the engine or move my car? EXACTLY! such BS! I will never ever ever buy from jones, their managers in both sales and in their service department have ZERO regard for their customers. AND their whole jones for a life time... not worth it!! find another dealership!

LIARS!! Buyers beware! Do not waste your time dealing with these jokesters. I live out of state and I found a vehicle on "Jones Junkyard" website. The listed price was $11,750. I text back and forth with the shadiest car salesman for over a week. He kept giving me the run around. I honestly wasnt even sure the vehicle I was interested in existed. My husband and I were finally able to make the hour and a half trip down to look at and hopefully purchase the vehicle. Only to be informed the vehicle "just left". So they had another one for us to test drive. Same year, but fewer miles. It was a nice vehicle, but when asked the price, it was $16,000!!! We told him that was out of our price range and that we were really disappointed the one we had our sites set on was not held for us, seeing as we had an appointment. After telling us a bunch of bull, he miraculously pulled the original vehicle we wanted out of his rear end! We test drove it and decided thats the one we wanted. He went to "work the numbers" and came back with a total of over $14,000!!! When asked what happened to the $11,750 price tag, he stumbled over his words and couldnt give us an exact answer as to what the extra $2,630 was for. First he told us it was for the "perks"... "Free" oil changes, towing withing 25 miles of the dealership, manicures while you wait, car washes and some other crap. We pointed out to him that we dont live near there and all of those "perks" would do us no good. He then changed his story and said the extra charges were because the car had new tires, brakes and wiper blades. I told him that the price should have already reflected those repairs. He then said it was a fee they charge for having the car detailed and current MD state inspection. That is total bull! Any decent dealership does not charge their customers for things they are required to do before selling a vehicle. They tried telling us the website states there will be extra charges for those things. The website said tax, title, "perks" and a $300 dealership fees arent included in the price but not required by law! I pointed that out and he said only the $300 dealership fee wasnt required by law. Needless to say, we did not drive home in a "Jones Junkyard" vehicle. They will never get our business and all our friends and family have been warned. I am just glad we are smart enough to know when we are being taken advantage of and we didnt fall into their trap. Please stay far away from this poor excuse for a business. We wasted a whole Saturday dealing with these idiots.

My experience was a bit or miss. We originally worked with two sales representatives that told us all of their used cars come with a 12 month or 12,000 warranty. Turns out that was not true which was frustrating. We came back into the dealership about another vehicle we liked. We liked this sales representative much better and had a pleasant experience. We ended up purchasing th vehicle that night. There were a few items that needed to be addressed on the vehicle. One of the items that needed correcting was th key fob didnt work. The used car dealers advised us that we needed Togo to the service department for the "key guy." It turns out the "key guy" is a locksmith they hire to do the work, but when calling the service department all we received was rudeness and attitude from the service advisor. She was very short on the phone and said several times "I cannot help you." We are also very frustrated that we only received one key for the car. In my opinion, having a spare key is a necessity. The other issues were quickly resolved which made us happy however, would love to have th extra key resolved too.

It was simple for me because I knew the vehicle I wanted the amount I was willing to spend. Floyd was my salesperson and I had a terrible experience with him. I had an issue with my vehicle and decided to call my salesperson (makes sense). I called 5 times and spoke with him twice while leaving 3 voicemails. Floyds favorite response "I will get back to you in 2-3 days". Even after the voicemails he never responded. Every time I called the customer service would always say, "sorry you have to speak with your sales rep". I did not appreciate that one bit. Floyd is not reliable and terrible at communicating. So no I would not recommended using him. Now all of a sudden I hear from Floyd 6 months later, asking to fill out a survey and asking to give him a great recommendation. Doesnt work that way man. If I invest my money, time, & effort into the company AND respect you, then there should some type of respect/acknowledgement reciprocated. I would still recommen Jones Junction because of their positive reputation, theyre vehicles are affordable, and they provide great mechanic service !
