I got a lexus and Ashley and Rod were awesome. When I went to test drive the car the rear driver side tire was flat so they put air in it. Then when purchasin the car the low tire light came on again they wrote it in my paperwork that if I had issues with it they would fix it. Well I went back numerous time they kept saying they couldnt find it. They put more air in tired then they should of. The last time I took it back they came out and asked where the lock was to get off the tire I told they it was in the car and they said they couldnt find it .. Here they broke 2 of my wheels off never telling me also put the STILL BAD TIRE ON THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE AND ITS STILL WRONG LOW TIRE PRESSURE AGAIN. MIND YOU THE LOCK WAS IN THE GLOVEBOX THE WHOLE TIME. THE GARAGE AREA PEOPLE DONT WANT TO FIX IT RIGHT THEY WANT TO MASK IT AND HAVE YOU PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. OF COURSE THEY WILL SAY I DID IT FOR FREE. YEAH THEY DID "FIX IT " THEIR WAY OF NOT FIXING IT. NOW FOR MY FREE FIXING I HAVE TO WHEELS THAT WERE BROKEN OFF AND THE BAD TIRE IS STILL NOT FIXED. THANK YOU GARAGE FOR MAKING MY CAR A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE FOR REPAIRS. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM. THANK YOU FOR THE FLAT TIRE .

The general manager is EXTREMELY shady when selling a car he already has an "attachment" to. We came from NJ to pick up a car weve been communicating about for over 2 weeks and when we got there, the entire time he acted as if he didnt want to sell it to us. Every excuse he made, he could have told us over the phone instead of letting us drive 3 1/2 hours, stall us until close, & have us drive 3 1/2 hours back with no car. And Instead of owning up to it, he actually blamed the salesman! I literally had to ask him how often he sells cars to out of state customers! Terrible experience and very uncomfortable customer service. The only positive part of the experience was the salesman Rashaad, each time his manager presented him with another "excuse" he tried his best to get us on the road with the car.

Where to begin with this great dealership. I went in there after my Toyota RAV4 had given up and was in need of a new vehicle. After looking at a wide variety of vehicles, I landed on the 2011 Ford Taurus and loved it. Got approved that night, came in the next morning, got the keys, and was out the door! Everyone was very thoughtful and knowledgeable and they were able to direct me to the perfect car. I was also surprised to see that they had an automotive styling and repair center there as well! They gave me a good price on tinting my car and with their drive gmp program I get free oil changes. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

worst experience ever...I was lied to several times.I cought the service department in lies.when I expressed how I felt to the owner he was ignert.and pretty much said owell..I am extremely dissapointed and I wouldnt recommend anybody getting their service done there.not to mention when I got my vehicle back it still had the same problem it went in with..they didnt show any concern conaidering I jus spent $2500 they was jus happy they got paid.smh and to top it off their top mechanic told me I should take my vehicle to Ford to have it looked at! I just paid you $2500 and your telling me take it to another place.

Today after a year an a half I been coming here to get my free oil change as my contract states i can for two years ..And today they tell me I have to pay because my car only suppose to get synthetic oil ..Then explain what oil have they been putting in my car for a year and a half for free an why is it my fault that they was wrong ..There manager told them to tell me I cant get my free oil change which is in my contract if I dont pay ..They hand me my keys an refused me service .GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS!

I got a car from these guys with 1,4446 at the time of purchase she tolde it was 44k smh and when I first got the car the next day I called saying it had a over heating problem and the are trying to charge me to fix it and charge to find out what the problem is never again will I go there or reference anyone there not even my worse enemy I will be contacting the better business beru as ASAP
