My experience with Skook is absolutely amazing they have went way above our expectations, this is simply the best customer service experience I have ever experienced!! When times were bad or something unexpected happened and we could not afford the payments they helped us figure out a way to help us out. Another experience that blew my mind when they got a us through when my wife had been in a accident and the car was totaled they werent worried about what money was owed they were more making sure my wife was ok and then they put us in a new car when we did not have another one or anyway to get around! Kim and Jerry and the rest of the great people there are rockstars!!! I know my family will be going there for a long time!! If you need a new car please go there the experience is well worth it!!

Julia is awesome.... She greats you with a smile , is funny and she knows her stuff... She listened to what we told her about what we were looking for, recommended what to test drive , and we fell in love with it.... We got right down to business... I love how they work with what works for you and your family as far as payment options etc. She explained everything very well and always stopped to see if we had any questions... Definitely worth our trip, and I would definitely recommend them to my fam n friends!!! Thanks again Jules... You rock girl....

The only good experience I had with this dealership was Kim the sales lady!!! The rest of the experiences I have had with this dealership has been horrible .. the service guy is very ignorant and unprofessional .. I have had nothing but problems with this dealership !!! I would not recommend this car dealer to anyone .. I actually been told they been sued a couple times for bad cars . Make sure you ask for a Carfax before signing anything!!! They really try to hide stuff from you!!!!

They hands down were amazing probably the best experience I ever had buy a truck Jerry the manager was great he worked with me which I unheard of when buying a new car. My salesson person Julia was like buying a truck from a friend she was amazing. I will always buy my cars from there from now on. There amazing and no pressure.

This place sucks I would not recommend getting a car from them I had mutiple problems with my vechile the most recent is my hub bearing and power steering pump to them thats not important I called them for them to say they cant get me a service till next tues what kind of service is that no quality service here I will let my friends know not to come here

I was working with a woman who I was in contact with for a few days before I came in to get the car that I wanted. They are very friendly and checked over the car before I left their lot. I was able to take it for a test drive which was very enjoyable and made me make up my decision to get the vehicle even easier. Very great place.

if you have credit issues this is a place for you. they offer warranty free oil changes and inspections, the later 2 for term of loan. they might be a little more costly but if you have bad credit get used to it
