When we arrived at the Ken Houtz dealership, all sales personnel were busy so Ella Ames came out and introduced herself. We told her we were interested in the new 2014 1500 Silverado. She walked us over to the display area and began to explain all the new features that had been added to this years model. We started looking at one with features we were interested in so she went back to the showroom to get a set of keys and came back with Jim Jackson. Ella introduced us and Jim took us for a test drive. Had it not been for Jims interest in showing us the features of the truck we would not have ordered the Driver Alert or the Cooling Seats. When we got back to the Dealership we went inside to talk more and to figure out what truck was for us. In the mean time Mr. Houtz came out and introduced himself as if were our next door neighbor. Not too many owners will do that! They checked to see if there was one in the region that met our needs. We decided to order a truck. Jim kept us updated on the progress. When it was time to take delivery Jim had the truck picked up to have additional equipment installed so we would not have to make another trip. This has to be the friendliest and least pressured group of people I have ever experienced while dealing in the automobile industry. Thank You Ken Houtz Chevrolet

Very good dealership! Pricing and people are amazing! Talk to Ella Ames, Ken Houtz, Jeff Hogge or Teresa Sanger!!! Fathers Day Weekend Truck Buying My husband and I had been looking for a truck for months! I was looking for him and doing all the haggling of the pricing, cause he doesnt care for all the sales hype. Who does?! However Id been talking to numerous dealerships within a few days and Ken Houtz was one of the dealerships Id come across online looking for a truck and trying to get a price quote off of their website. They were very fast on the response with Teresa Sanger responding to me first, then Id come in contact with Ella Ames! Shes AMAZING! She doesnt lie to you or bring any of the nonsense that is mostly brought with the sales industry! Shes upfront and honest about everything! Ken Houtz is who we dealt with when buying our vehicle and he done a great job as well! He was very nice and understood what we wanted out of our truck. Knew we couldnt afford an expensive truck but yet was reasonable on the pricing and dealt with our baby crying on our test drive! Thanks a bunch for a humbling and yet hassle free experience buying our truck!!!

Hi every one please excuse my bad english.I start looking for a new car on a saturday. I visited lots of Delarships on saturday,sunday and monday that was presidents day but all of them were trying to sell me a new car or old cars with a high price.none of them were mindful to my budget or what I am looking for.finally I found this dilership online with 5 stars. I checked the website, good and clean cars and fair prices. I went there at noon, and got my car in 3 hours. I was super exited, really nice friendly and respectful staff. they were so mindful and respectful to my choices and my budget and they were so fair. they sold me the car that I really want it with the real price. and less tax than other delars. I really like my new car and enjoy driving it every day to work. this was the best experience of buying cars ever. I really recomend this Dealership to those people who are looking for nice and clean cars with fair and good prices. and specially recomend this dealership for all nice and mindfull and respectfull staff that they are really there to make customers happy. Love my new Silverado! This was our first new vehicle purchase and we chose Ken Houtz Chevrolet because my father-in-law had purchased a truck from here 8 months ago. He got an amazing deal on it, and talked about how great everyone was there. I have to agree that everything he told us was 100% accurate. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The owner personally came out and talked with my husband and I and made sure that we were 100% satisfied and that he found every possible rebate towards our purchase. We had our mind set on one vehicle and it was not feasible for us, so he made sure to work with us and make suggestions until we had found something we loved and could afford. The financing department gave us options for payment and allowed us to make the best choice for us. Tony was excellent at giving us a tutorial of everything on our brand new vehicle including how to use all of the fancy new infotainment system options. Overall, this dealership is by far the best one I have ever been to and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

The communication with Ella Ames and Tony Pafundi were above expectations. A customer is not just a monthly sales quota, you are a lifelong customer and they treat you with dignity and respect. After having a breakdown while out of town and reading the online reviews I thought that having my truck towed to Ken Houtz for repair was the right thing to do. After waiting for 3 days for them to get to my vehicle I was called and told that the fuel pump needed replacing at a cost of 3600+/-. The service manager was very vague on the reason for the cost other than its a lot of work to replace them. I felt as this was too vauge of an explanation for a repair this costly. I had the vehicle towed to another shop and two hours later with a filter assembly rebuild the vehicle is running great for approx 300.00. The mechcanic that worked on it said when he got it that they had left the hoses of the filter assembly with missing clamps, you would think that after paying the dealership 150 for a diagnosing fee that they would have at least put it back the way they found it. I am unsure if this was a deliberate attempt on the dealerships part to defraud me or if the the mechcanic was incompetent??
