I purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty through this ford dealer. I went there a week ago to have them relook at the speakers again. I told them that they go in and out intermittently, the service guy told me that it may or may not be covered. If it was a particular part it would be, but then again it may not. Regardless I would have to pay the $100.00 copay either way. Then there has been an issue with a rubbing noise that had been going on for a couple of years, of course they cant recreate it when I take it to them. So since my truck is out of the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty I brought it to a real mechanic. He and I test drove it and he said the noise is coming for the rear end. Even though it a 2011 F150 with only 53k miles on it, I had to replace the 4 wheel drive actuator hubs and the rear differential at my own expense. The mechanic who fixed the issue said the rear was improperly put together and he found metal shavings in the transfer case, service people dont care about warranty work or the problems you have with a vehicle. Yes the sales department is good at what they do, but the service department doesnt want to fix ANY issues that are supposed to be covered by a warranty. To seal the deal, I needed to replace the fuel door hinge, its made of cheap plastic and broke. This ford dealer wanted $80.00 for the part and another $80.00 to install it. I refused to pay for something that should be covered by a warranty. So I located the same part from a ford dealer in Rhode Island for $54.00 including 3 day delivery. Im not mechanically inclined but I was able to replace it in 30 minutes without an issue. This dealership just wants to rake you over the coals for parts and labor. Stay far way from the service department.

I I bought a 2013 ford explorer and I was told by Johnny (the saleperson) that I had a 1 month/1000 mile bumper to bumper warranty before I bought the Explorer. Within that month, the sunroof slide was not functioning properly and I took it into the dealer to get it repaired. Kevin O’Friel(the sales manager) stated I signed a 1 month / 1000 mile powertrain warranty and sunroof slide was not covered. I did not sign any such document and the dealership could not produce the so called document I signed. Additionally, the SUV was covered under the remainder of the factory powertrain warranty of 5years/60K miles. Therefore, I was still covered for 9K miles under the powertrain. Why would I care about a 1K powertrain warranty when I have a 9K warranty. I am glad I found these reviews as I prepare my case for small claims court. Additionally, they will tell you to contact them to resolve the issue, but when you contact them they give you the run around or tell you to buy a $2000 extended warranty for them to resolve the problem. UPDATE: I called and spoke to Jason Teague and was able to resolve the issue. I am satisfied with the result.

First off, I hate going to auto dealerships, but I have to say, the people over at Lexington Park Ford are top notch. A sales person approached as and introduced himself, and I asked if i could take my newly owned 16 Mustang for a test drive. It was a "no pressure sale" and they let me take it home for the night to think about it. But I was back before they closed shop at 8 pm. The finance manager took my information and exceeded my expectations and offered me two different percentages and terms. It wasnt long before I was driving home with my new car. But this is where the "above and beyond" service happened. My contract was signed and complete but to my surprise, I received a phone call from their finance staff asking if I could come back into the dealership as they found me a better rate. Keep in mind, my contract was already signed and done, they didnt have to do what they did, they made me feel like family, and treated me as such. Thank you so much Lexington Park Ford!

The sales of my truck was great. Good service and super nice people. I had a spray in bed liner and undercoating applied 3 weeks after my purchase, and that when it started to become a problem. They had over spray on both sides of the bed of my truck. A lot. Took it back the following weekend to get it detailed and overspray removed, no loaner vehicle. They missed removing some of the overspray, and burned the clear coat in a couple of spots. The finance department contacted me 3 weeks after I signed my paperwork and told me I owed them $1916 for the difference of my trade, and the bank I had financed it thru wouldnt extended my loan. I have no problem with the payment of the difference, but 3 weeks later, and I had to get a personal loan to cover it?? $43000 new truck cost me $45000+ and it still has overspray and buffer marks in the BLACK paint. Not real happy with the experience at all. Worst ever out of the 12 brand new Ford vehicles I have purchased over the years.

I was there a week ago to test drive the new Super Dutys and picked the one I wanted. Today around 3:00 pm today I verbally closed a deal on a 2017 F350 Lariat with a Sales Manager. I was going to stop by right after work to do the paper work and drive home with it. Within the matter of one hour I received a text (not even a call) from a Sales Consultant that my truck was sold... I was very dissatisfied with what occurred and what was communicated to me. Im not sure how people do business around here but that is just messed up for a lack of better words. I would think that I would receive a call from the Manager letting me know what was occurring. I would have gladly put my money down over the phone or something but I wasnt even given the chance. I called another dealer about the same truck (sticker was 2 grand more with more options) and received a better deal. From my personnel experience I will not be buying anything from this dealer, ever....

I recently purchased a Lincoln MKX. Sales rep. Quinton Taylor is one of the best in the field of car sales and customer relations! He understands the customer, takes ample time to explain the entire process, and makes the customer his number #1 priority. He is well-versed and knowledgeable on the Ford / Lincoln vehicle product line and all the vehicle options, and details of functionality. The entire dealership staff were, and continue to be - competent, friendly, accommodating, informative, attentive to detail , and extremely professional - yet personal in that they fully understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. I highly recommend that if you are looking to purchase a vehicle - Lexington Park Ford Lincoln is the place to go.
