Most people would be too proud or embarassed to say this,but I think it is a beautiful thing.About 9 months ago,right after I had Mateo,we were broke.When I say broke,I mean dead broke,my baby had everything he needed,but we did not.I didnt get paid one dime on my maternity leave,but I did not know that was going to happen until it happened.Ruben and I had some electronics that we werent using,so I decided to take them to the pawn shop.I went to platinum pawn on Northline.I was so embarassed to walk in there, I had never pawned anything in my entire life.The guy was very sweet and declined to buy anything from me.Being so embarassed,so low and so broken,I let out some huge raindrop tears that I had no control over.As I walked away with my baby in his car seat and my head hanging low,the owner followed me out to the car and handed me $10.I tried multiple times to not accept it,but he wouldnt take no for an answer.It was the nicest thing a stranger had done for me.Every single time I passed the shop,I kept saying I wanted to go in there and pay him back.Well,today I did.I explained my situation and what had happened about 9 months ago.He was so sweet and absolutely would not accept the money back.He told me that it was a gift and when he gives a gift,he expects nothing in return.I unfortunately did not get his name,but it was still the nicest thing that a stranger has done for me and I will always be grateful.Since then,I have tried to pay it forward whenever I can,so that it gets back to someone who needs it,just like I did.❤️

Its great! First I thought they are trying to get more money but actually they dont. They cared about what you want or what you need. For example, I told them I needed a laptop for half of gaming and half of school. They have one and also, sometime they are willing to lower the price. P.S. They are very nice, honest, and little funny people.

These guys are very professional. They are super cool and very knowledgeable about the stuff that comes in. Its a great experience every time i walk in there because they let you bargain with them and it gets pretty funny!! Gold Pros and one of the guys there is GIA Certified, I definitely recommend!!

These guys are awesome! My quick pit stop for some cash. They always treat me wonderful. As long as you have the right items that they deal with, they will give you top dollar. I will not go anywhere else.

I understand the idea behind a pawn shop but this place is a joke will pay very very little and ask way to much for used items 14 k is next door way more friendly and better business men
