La peor experiencia con mi lista de Baby Shower, camine estando de 8 meses de embarazo la tienda completa junto con mi esposo por mas de 2 horas seleccionando lo que anhelaba para mi lista de regalos, cundo entrego el scan la senorita del front desk me informa que el sistema tiene problemas y que hoy no va a poder colocar esto en el computador que manana lo realizaba, me dio un # de confirmacion el cual coloque en las tarjetas de invitacion, para mi sorpresa los invitados me llamaron para informame que este # no tenia items agregados a la lista y las personas compraron lo que les parecio adecuado, este no es el punto lo que me indigno es que esta persona nunca realizo el trabajo nunca me fue informado y que perdi mi tiempo haciendo una lista que nunca existio, me dirijo a la famosa tienda y converso con el manager el me informa que la informacion nunca se subio y que lo sentia mucho que tenia que volver a hacer la lista .... es un descaro le dije para eso uds tienen mi Email y ph# para habermen informado el inconveniente y no ahora que estamos a unos dias de la celebracion. Esta es mi HORRIBLE experiencia con esta tienda , lo que recomiendo es la compra de gift cards en estos casos para evitar sorpresas tan desagradables como esta .

Employees arent great with customer service. I originally did my registry list with them online and went to the store to ask a couple questions and there was nobody in the registry department, and an employee walking around the store walked by me and i was trying to call out to him which he totally ignored me, my husband had to scream out to him to get his attention and even then we acted like it wasnt with him. Afterwards he told us that somebody would be there to help us but he couldnt.

Okay first off, the employes the work at guest service didnt even know English! Also many items that my guest bought me werent added to my list. Those girls at guest services clearly shouldnt be there. Also the scanners sometimes dont have battery and turn off on you. The only good thing about that store is a good manager but besides that youll have a headache with them.

Horrible customer service, they have nothing in stock, then they send you to order online and it takes weeks and weeks to receive what you order. When you call the store or 800 number they dont even know what your talking about, tbey have the worst customer service. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service experienced at any Babies R Us. Had to wait for the cashier to finish socializing before being helped with my order, and Im 7 months pregnant. They truly care about their customers! (Sarcasm) Dont even waste your time here.

Usually not very crowded. You can get good help depending on who you ask. A good place for baby furniture, play pens and strollers. Some things are more expensive here in general
