I went to the Vero Beach store with my daughter to buy a mattress. We spoke to a young man named Marcos. He properly qualified me for a mattress that suited my needs. He asked me if I experience any pain while sleeping on my upper or lower back. And also asked if I had night sweats. I had no idea of the new technology on mattresses. He recommended a particular iComfort mattress that helps to eliminate heat at night and to help with my lower back pain. I thought, by all the questions I answered, that I would need something overly expensive. But Marcos stated that its not always about getting an expensive mattress; its about finding the right mattress. He was so right! I spent half the money that I did for my Temperpedic. I havent slept this well in 15 years and have gone through 5 mattresses. I, now, have energy to move around the house and do my shores. Thank you Marcos and Rooms to Go for helping me live a better life.

The fat guy Scott treated my wife and I like children clearly based on our appearance by looking us up and down as we asked questions; meanwhile were slumming it at rooms to go. Not everyone who is gainfully employed wears a tucked in polo and has a stick up their ass. Youre a 60 year old coffee table salesman, bud. And he then proceeded to lie to us and tell us the product we were interested in was on sale for that day only in attempts to secure a sale. Its 2016 bud youre not on a used car lot in Idaho, I immediately fact checked you on the small shiny box of endless information in my pocket. So I ordered the item online today for the same "sale" price just so no one in that store would get a dime of commission. Give your money to a consignment shop around here instead of these scumbags.

Wife and I shopped different stores and we found ourselves back at Rooms to Go 3 times. We were in the market for a new bedroom set and mattress. We actually thought that not only were their prices better, but their selections were much more colorful and unique. We worked with same sales guy, Paul, each time. He allowed us to browse on every visit without any pressure what-so-ever. He was very knowledgeable about the products when we had questions, and remained patient despite our constant uncertainty. Unfortunately, after placing our order, we had to change our delivery date. Paul was off the day we called, but one of the ladies in the office quickly made the changes for us. Weve had our set now for just over a month and couldnt be more pleased.

ok i just got an account a few months ago but the one thing i notice is the sells men are dishonest. I know not everyone is perfect but after thing it over with my wife we decided not to buy the table. When we got back home i received a phone call for a blocked number. I answer the phone just to find out it was the sells man calling. What i wonder in the first place is why did he call on a blocked number!!!! Was it to be slick or deceiving PLEASE BEWARE ROOMS TO GO HAS NO PROFESSIONALISM AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND OVER!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Salesman Scott asked to assist us. We told him we were looking to buy an additional end table to match one we had recently bought. Couldnt locate it in the store. Scott s reply was well there is probably a good reason for that. I said maybe we could order on line...Answer: yea maybe! He walked away went back and sat down at a front table with other sales buddies. No effort to help place online order. This is the type salesperson who looks for the easiest sale with minimal work.

What an amazing experience we had. From being greeted to the delivery men bringing our new bedroom set home to us. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the mattress we chose. The manager of the store even introduced hiself to us. Nothing compared to the other store...great job!

Terrible customer service. Reps sat on living room display and conversed the entire 20 minutes I was there. Didnt and couldnt answer my question because they were talking amongst themselves. They could of made a big sale from me.
