Worst experience ever. Id even go as far as to say I had a billion times better experience with every car dealer Ive met. My girlfriend and I have been dating for four years and were looking for an engagement ring. Pros: nothing Cons: - Sales are fake. They have one ugly necklace/ring on sale to drag everyone into buying something else. - They push several rings onto you and FORCE you to pick one from them. - They belittle you with snarky comments such as does your parents know that you guys are getting engagement rings? (and let me say we are mid twenties and have graduated from college and live on our own prepping for professional schools -.-) - and end with did you have fun? id say if you really love being treated like youre worth nothing and be rushed into buying a ring that you dont really like (esp for an engagement ring) this place would be perfect. I wouldve easily bought a ring from this store since weve been looking around for few months, but just how we were treated.. you should never spend over $1k on a ring that is for lifetime feeling sour from all the bitchy remarks. I had a wonderful experience previously at Kay Jewlers at Mall of America previously. (hence the visit to the store closer to us..) I suggest you try there rather than this store, I mean of course if you love being treated that way.

The three times Ive been into the store, the staff wasnt very helpful. I was looking for a titanium wedding band, asked to see them, and was basically told I didnt want titanium and that I should get tungsten carbide instead. The sales associate kept pushing the tungsten carbide (likely because its 2-3 times the price of titanium) and explained that its stronger than titanium, more scratch resistant, etc. What he didnt say is that its really brittle and can shatter if dropped. Found that out from my brother-in-law who had one and dropped his. It did indeed shatter. Unfortunately, that was after I purchased the tungsten carbide ring. That brings us to our second complaint. Im a guy. I dont know my ring size. The sales associate handed me the ring of ring sizes and just told me to try them on. No tips, nothing. So I ended up getting a size too big. Ive been waiting two weeks now for a replacement in what I hope will be the proper size, but who knows, because a different associate that helped me order the replacement seemed as interested in helping me get a proper fit as she would a dead mouse on the sidewalk. I do not recommend shopping here.

ME AND MY BOYFRIEND BEEN LOOKING FOR ENGAGEMENT RING FOR AT LEAST A MONTH BEFORE WE WALKED IN TO KEY JEWELERS IN THE ROSEVILE MALL CENTER LATE AFTERNOON ON A WEDNESDAY, WE WERE GREETED BY TWO LADIES ONE I BELIEVE IS WAS A STORE MNGR NAMED REVEA AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE NAMED RACHEL AND THEY BOTH WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH A WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERY PRODUCT IN THE STORE.... THE SAME DAY WE LEARNED A LOT ABOUT DIAMONDS AND PRICING THEN TOLD THEM WE WILL LOOK AROUND AND COME BK IN A LATER DAY, THEY GAVE US BUSINESS CARDS AND WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL, SO WE KEPT LOOKING ALL OVER OTHER STORES COMPARED PRICES AND WEEK LATER WAS BACK AT THE SAME STORE TO BE TREATED WITH A WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ENDED UP BUYING WHAT WE LOOKED AT THE 1ST DAY AT A WONDERFUL PRICE. I RECOMMEND THIS STORE IF YOU WANNA GET WHAT YOUR MONEY IS WORTH!!!!! I AM IN LOVE WITH MY RING.....THANK YOU RACHEL AND REVEA B.

I am not usually a person that would speak in this context about a business, but I had a diamond reset in my engagement ring and it was the worst job I have seen. I had to take it to a jeweler that is a craftman in the field. I would not recommend this store. 1/31/17
