This store doesnt deserve one star! I bought an Ever Us ring on July 4, 2016. I wanted a yellow gold ring but there wasnt one available in store. The girl told me to take the white gold one (not my size and without a box) promised me theyd get my YG aND would call me when it arrived. August, I tried to return the ring was promised my yg was coming. September, Tried to exchange it for earrings promised my ring was coming. After 90 days their treatment and attitude towards me changed. Six months later NO RING, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BELITTLED, 3 different managers, and worst experience of my life! I finally get a kay specialist who allowed a full return of my ring. Went in to the Mall of America met Katie (the current manager) who took the ring aggressively, started processing the return AFTER I TOLD HER I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE KAY SPECIALIST ABOUT MY KAY CASH AND CASH I PAID AT ORIGINAL purchase, I said I wanted to do my return at Rosedale due to her attitude and she snapped at me! Said it was done NOTHING WAS GOING TO be GIVEN TO ME. Not my 300 dollar cash i paid in july not my kays cash. They owe me $$$! She degraded me in front of public about not having a cell phone (I hate cell phones.), talked to me like a child, and refused to allow to take my transaction to another store. They did try to give me a YG size 6 ring with clouded diamonds and initials stamped on the inside in December and got offended when I refused to accept it. I got called belligerent because I was unsatisfied. WORSE PLACE EVER!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM. YOU AS A CUSTOMER DESERVE BETTER!

I bought an engagement ring from this Kay Jewelers within the mall and I cannot believe the customer service I got. First off, the woman assisting me seemed irritated and in a hurry to get my money which is to be expected since theyre located in a mall. What really got me though are these: 10% was NOT taken off my order after applying for their credit card. I ended up being declined anyways for no valid reason. She did not offer to clean the ring of its disgusting fingerprints and grime. I had to wipe it off with just my shirt. She GOUGED the ring!!! Gouged the ever living daylights out of it trying to get a ring size adjuster on it. I saw her gripping the band with pliers and tearing up the metal and almost told her to forget it but I didnt want to seem rude and waited until we left to take the metal adjuster off. My ring band is completely destroyed and I will be taking it to a different kay jewelers to get it resized AND fixed. I just cannot believe an employee thought it was ok to sell me a ring in that condition. Skip this one and find a jeweler out in town.

bought my ring on january 14, 2016 and i had gems falling out less than 4 months later.... i know i purchased a warranty on the rind but they wouldnt honor it for some reason and made me pay to get it fixed. also told me they would call when my ring was back in the store after 5 business days... waited 2 weeks for a call and got nothing so i went in and asked about it they told me the ring had been there for a week and they were sorry and mustve forgotten to call because they had a lot of stuff coming in. this store doesnt even deserve one star in my opinion, they were so rude and didnt follow up with what they said they were going to do. defiantly going somewhere else next time.

I purchased a ring in February 2016. My stone fell out and because the return time period had passed, they sent it back and I got a new one in January 2017. My stone fell out again yesterday and the return time period has passed again and they refuse to give me a full refund. It is not acceptable as this was not my fault. There is no reason why they cannot refund me my money. At this point, I do not want to exchange it for anything else in the store, I just want my money back.

Got an engagement ring here, everyone was very friendly and smiley. My sales rep was nothing but helpful, patient, and not pushy. He showed me just about every ring he had that matched what I was looking for no matter what the price was and helped tremendously with my decision (even suggested a ring on the lower price range that was one of the better matches, which surprised me). I definitely recommend this place and will be going back for future jewelry purchases

They made sure we got exactly what we wanted for a very fair price and although my piece was a special order and required a lot of time and energy on their part, they exceeded our expectations in terms of customer service, communication and value. Our sales person was so rude and pushy. She was trying to have us sign up for the credit card before we even picked out a ring really so rude makes me really mad. Dont try to push us into something we dont want. Show us ring not a credit card
