I had a $50 off of a $50 or more purchase and had decided that I didnt want to go over that amount at this time. The first time someone came to help I explained what i was looking for and he showed me where some rings were in that price range then proceeded to tell me he had to go lock something up. He then pawned me off on to someone else (my husband watched this take place) and didnt go lock anything up. Apparently it is all about the money and not the customer service. My wedding band was bought in that very store and an anniversary ring was bought at Helzberg in Reno, NV. I am also in the market for a mothers ring and possibly a grandmothers ring but I know now I will no longer be a client of Helzburg Diamonds based on this.

I stood waiting for a sales associate for 20 minutes while the three employees that were working were chatting with about their personal lives. Even the FedEx man left because no one would sign for their packages.

The manager, Christine Connolly, was very rude and unhelpful. Love the jewelry, but the manager ruined my experience. I would never shop at this location!!
