Me and my husband made an impromptu stop here a few weeks ago. We have been talking about looking at an upgrade diamond for me on our anniversary and decided to stop in and check out the rings. I should have known we had made a mistake when we were practically pounced on the MOMENT we walked in to the store. I told the sales woman we were only browsing. She then followed us around the store showing us different styles. I told her I already had an idea of what I like and that I know I dont like the princess cut; yet she continued to show princess cut rings to me. None of the rings really appealed to me but I tried on a few while another sales woman jumps in talking about how beautiful the ring was and barking about opening a jared card to buy it. When did we say we couldnt afford it? Anyways I told them I wasnt sure about the ring and didnt know if I really loved it. Who buys a expensive diamond ring if theyre not crazy about it? The other sales woman continues her yapping about the jared card and says "let me see your license so we can get you approved" REALLY? apparently they are hard of hearing! Such a waste of time! I understand people working on commission have to be a little pushy but this was on an entirely different level.. they were just plain rude. If you want to have an enjoyable experience picking out an engagement ring go elsewhere!

Love Jared!.. Love this location. We have been shopping there for over 5 years. Love being greeted at the door, and being taken care of. Not something you get in most stores these days. That is what real customer service is all about! Stacey and Wendy went above and beyond to find a LeVian ring with 15 stones for our 15th anniversary at the LeVian event in May. They were great! The sales people are always helpful, and we never find them "pushy"... and he always "goes to Jared". We make frequent visits, and are always happy with our shopping experience. We never feel pressured, but maybe that is because we know how to say "No". We have never walked out unhappy. Love my Lois Hill collection from Jared. Looking forward to my next visit. I know well find something. We always do. If they dont have it in stock, they find it for me. Thanks to the great staff for all your hard work on making our special days even more special.

I regularly buy my wife pandora charms. Must have well over $3,000 at this point. Never have a particularly good experience here. The last time in I stood by the counter for the better part of 15 minutes. I was one of two people there. Meanwhile 5 employees are walking around doing nothing in particular. Finally I walk over to the back registers where there are 4 women sitting there talking with each other and texting on this cell phones. I told them to put their personal phones down and come do their jobs. No apologies from them about how theyre too busy with their personal lives to help customers. I pointed out what I wanted, paid and off I went. Excellent job jareds employees. My future business will be done in the mall from now on.

I bought an engagement ring from Jared in Newington in the fall of 2014. The service in store I thought was very pushy and rude. They were more worried about the way the ring looked on there hand and how big it was and how many rings they could throw at me in a short amount of time. The only reason I bought anything was because the ring was perfect. On top of the poor in store service the Jared web site SUCKS. There is no other way to put it. The prices are not accurate the account payment is next to impossible to figure out and when you call customer support they are about as helpful as a broom without a brush. I go better in store service from kays jewelers in Newington and as far as web sites, I havent found one that makes any kind of sense

I went to Jareds to buy an engagement ring for my future wife and had a great experience. I went with no expectations because I knew I would have to apply for credit but it went well. I bought my future wife the ring she always wanted and proposed on her birthday. I told the store I needed it sized that day because her birthday was the next day and I wanted to propose at Midnight on her birthday. They had the ring ready to go in 6 hrs that day which was impressive because there was a lot of work being done in their shop already. I loved the service so much I decided to buy our other rings there. Wouldnt go anywhere else!!! Yes I went to JAREDS!!!!!!!

My comrade and I went to 5 different Jewelers seeking out the perfect ring and deal. Kira, Sophia, Debra and the gang were very patient with us as we randomly appeared and sought out different rings, constantly changing our minds. Kira assisted us with the many questions and concerns we had. We walked out with a glamorous diamond and a happy smile with our decision. Wed Highly recommend this Jeweler based on customer service and selection! Cheers!

Bought a lifetime battery replacement for $40. Used it a few times as my watch uses 3 batteries (I know, crazy right?). Went to use it the other day and they said it was no longer on file. The only thing that showed up was a receipt for watch repair for $40. Refused to put two and two together and on top of it, tried charging me $90 to replace the battery in my watch! Will never go back and will tell everyone to spend their money elsewhere.
