Another 1-time disappointment. Food was fine, but not particularly memorable. Presentation was abysmal. Prices are excessive for what you get. I ordered a pastrami sandwich. It was $10 and came on a large plate with no sides or french fries. Ice tea came in a short plastic cup for $3 and we were told there are NO free refills. Ive never been charged for iced tea refills on the west coast unless it came in a bottle or a can. Oh, and you have to stand in line to order your food and then go pick it up when they call your name (Ala Starbucks style) and they STILL have a space on the charge slip for a tip. I like to leave tips when I get actual service at a table - BUT YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING TO EARN IT! Kellys restaurant right next door is a better option. We will be going out of our way NOT to eat at the Harbor General Store in the future.

I love this place. We go there at least 4 days a week. Stephanie is the best! She is so sweet and friendly and the main reason we keep coming back. My latte is perfect every single time. Every time! :) They also have the best breakfast and great sandwiches for lunch too. As a matter of fact, we just got some quiche and frittata this morning. And of course, my perfect latte! Thanks to Stephanie and all the people there. Cant say enough good things about this wonderful addition to downtown.

Tasty sandwiches, the kids like it. Friendly service. Its a little pricey, but Im sure the real estate dictates the prices a bit. ...Hi I am molly and I would give it a ten if possible best ham sandwiches even if dad is not as positive about it its the best hope you enjoy it and if you live far away get your butt over here and try this goodness

Walking into this quaint "general store" one is hit with delicious smells set in a casual, light, seaside town setting. However, my tuna melt ($9) was soggy and the counter help was dry. My decent breve and clam chowder, plus the promising looks of my neighbors sandwich mean Ill give this place another try some time.

Really enjoy coming here for coffee, breakfast, lunch, whatever! They have a great food selection that is reasonably priced when you consider the quality ingredients used. And I love the little counter with outlets. Perfect for working on my computer during breakfast. Try the Classic Acai Bowl!

Good gelato and beer, great coffee and deli food. They have a bin of toys for children to play with and some seating outside if you have a dog. Their souvenirs are really high quality and they have some small household food/goods but it is a limited selection. ATM inside

This is our new place to eat. The customer service is phenomenal and their sandwiches are without a doubt the best. Its like stepping back in time but with a current twist. Highly recommended

Great little stop in Gig Harbor. Awesome sandwiches - go with the New Yorker-ish. Also snagged some cool porcelain coffee mugs for the kitchen while passing through...

This is an unexpected gem. Delicious berry acai bowls, and tap-style kombucha, along with happy faces to greet you every time. I love coming here!

Very strange unpleasant odor persisted whole time there. Asked if someone burnt the toast? Was told no, the bacon. Was there for almost an hour.
