I purchased a car and on the day we signed the paperwork I noticed a nail in one of the tires and pointed it out. They offered to fix it but I chose to get it done myself. 3 days later on the way to work at 5am it started to rain and the wipers stopped working and the check engine lite came on. Also the cruse didn,t work. We took it back and 4 days later we received a call that the car was ready 2 days earlier and they had tried to contact us to pick up the car. I received no such phone call. We picked the car up and found the cruse still didnt work. But time was short, she was leaving to travel and Ill fix it later. We chose not to say any thing at that point. 3 days later I received a call from my wife that the car would not start and I dad to go meet her and I wiggled the battery connections and it started, only now the sun roof would not close as it started to rain. OOOOO HHHHH The sails person suggested we select another car so we did. During the signing of the paperwoor I noticed one tir was almost flat. OOOOOOOHHHHHHH The morning my wife was loading to go out of town the power steering pump started making a loud noise. I found the fluid almost out. I filled the pump and concerned I told my wife to keep an eye on it and let me know. When she got up the next morning in another state the pump was loud so she checked the pump and it was out of fluid and noticed a puddle on her daughters driveway from the leaking pump. Now I have to pay for the pump my self out of state and after all this I receive a phone call a few days ago from our sales person saying the made a mistake and the need more money from me after the deal is closed? Two cars in 3 weeks and still broke down. The sales person was very nice and willing to help with all our problems but when he thought things were fixed not all was and noe shes out of town and my worst fears are reality. I said from the very beginning... I want a reliable car for my wife she was going to travel for a while. I have no Idea what this will cost? I called today for my sales person and he was out... What too do!!

My son traded his car in for his dream car. That dream turned into a nightmare very quickly. As we were looking the car over at the house I noticed a cement covering in the trunk. I started looking into the history of the car my husband decided to test the car out. Upon his return he tells me my son is going to have problems with that car. The transmission was skipping. I told him i had just found out that the car was underwater during a flooding from another state. Needless to say I went back to this place and demanded they return not only my sons money back but, his old car as well. At first the manager try to tell me that it was a done deal. I told him if he didnt return everything back to my son I was going to contact Woodstock police, the news media and get some of our family and friends to boycott in front of his location. Well, I that convince him to return the money my son had paid so far plus his old car back to him. Minus a fee for paper work. Upon my son getting his old car back. Their workers had removed my sons radio and his rims. That again caused me to quickly react in front of potential customers. Seeing as he was beginning to lose business, the manager had his employees replace my sons items, put everything in its previous condition and return the paperwork fee as long as we would never return back to this location. I told him what in the world would make him think that any of us would go back and purchase a car from them. He must be crazy. At the end my son received all his money back, his car intact and is now driving a 2016 kia forte coupe. Dont mess with mama bears cubs!

I went in looking at a black 2007 charger and was told by Johnny mac that he could put us in it for 13900 . Then all of a sudden someone else had put a down payment on it . He came up with we needed about 3000 down insted of the 1200 we perviously talked about . When i said ok then he said " oh well we still have to wait because a guy put 1000 down aweek ago" Really ? Then why was it even on the front line ? About aweek later against my better judgement my girlfriend wanted to give him one more shot because he made her believe it was the owner and not him. Well we went back and drove a white charger that was suppose to have only 80000 miles but had 95000 and where we were previously approved for 12900 which is what this car sold for. For some reason now we have to come up with 5000 down to get into it. A year older car with 20000 more miles than the first one and they only want 1000 less but 5000 down. He kept using the excuse i had to send it to the bank and its a buy here pay here lot . there is no bank , maybe a floorplan company but not a bank , and her credit never showed a bank just car corner . As far as im concerned JOHNNY MAC and the dealership is nothing but one big joke and rip off !!!!!!!!

I purchased a 2002 Silverado 4x4 and have had nothing but trouble with it since I drove off the lot. The 4 wheel drive was stuck in low not even 2 months after we drove off the lot. To the tune of $2200.00 worth of labor and parts and the amount continues to grow daily. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Oh yeah, make sure you look at the carfax you are given and compare vin#s as it may not be to the vehicle in which you are purchasing. The truck I purchased has exstensive damage to the frame and should have been totalled according to REAL mechanics. Thanks for selling me a MONEY PIT.

horrible experience, I bought a car and a week later it broke down on the transmiaion since I had a month of guaranty they sent it to the shop, 2 weeks later the car broke again , apparently they didnt fix it .I dont want the car anymore bc I dont want to owe on a car that doesnt work and they will not let me return or exchange the car nor give me the 3000 I put down ,

Great customer service. Ive gone to a few used car dealers in my day and they are always not trying to please the customer. But car corner does make it their job to make you happy and give you the best deal they can. truck had problems first couple days and they took care of me and had me back in the road in a day. Definitely recommend them.
