Horrible experience. The dishonesty is off the charts. Negative stars!!! These people need to get some professionalism and business about themselves. I put down a large down payment with these people to purchase a car, so you would think theyd be thankful, honest and respectful. Before I drove off of ther lot, I clearly asked two different employees did the bank finalize the financing deal. Both employees told me everything was finalized, so I left with the car. Several weeks later, theyre calling me saying I need to come back to cherokee autos because the bank did not want to finance the car. Therefore, the bank never finalized the financing deal! The reps at cherokee autos lied! They shouldve told me it was still pending, I wouldve waited to get the car because I dont have time for all of the back and forth confusion. I have multiple recordings of them changing up the things that theyre telling me. I have video footage (that Ill put on YouTube) of them TELLING ME TO LIE and say I paid a different amount in my down payment than what I actually paid. I also have the paperwork that shows they lied about the down payment amount, but everybody that works at this place will still keep telling me to my face that theyve been 100% honest! Its so disrespectful. Just admit that you were dishonest, apologize and see about moving forward. The owner of the place couldve easily rectified things by just admitting his employees were dishonest and moving forward in honest business, but this guy tries to keep it going! Theres definitely a lot of shady things going on with this company that Im reporting to the Better Business Bureau and to the news stations. I will also show and post videos for as proof. Business would go smoother if the owner wasnt so full of it. I initially thought it was his staff pulling strings behind his back, but when I met the owner I discovered that hes the leader of all the fraudulent activity that is going on. He literally tries to play mind games to get over on people and its so unnecessary. Im actually pretty easy to work with if people are straight forward from the start. He recently just tried to make me resign paperwork for financing like I dont have a choice. Why would I sign something again when Ive already witnessed so much dishonesty??? This guy cant be serious. Im not obligated to sign anything! I have also gotten in contact with other unsatisfied customers whos dealt with this company and they are pretty much saying the same thing about the dishonesty. Heres a word of advice; you dont have to be dishonest to make money! Cars will sell and business will go better if youre honest with your customers. Why is that so hard to understand?

I would like to begin by saying I live an hour and a half from this company. These people helped me tremendously over the phone telling me everything I wanted to hear but, I guess what they didnt take into consideration was I was going to eventually get down there to see and test drive the car. I had called several times and talked to Brandon the owner and the girl that works up front. I asked if anything was wrong with the 2005 Audi A4 Q. They assured me everything was fine and it was a great car and that this car was going to go fast! So I jump into my car and drove down there. only to find out several things were wrong with the car. front end of the car is popping on both sides, the back window failed to roll down and that there was no radio!?!?! WHO SELLS A CAR WITHOUT A RADIO??? interior was damaged Middle console. So they began telling me that the car had been broken into and they took the radio... HUMMM, Did all this happen on my way down there or is this something you all knew about??? They were being typical sales men. Gotta give it to them. Not only did I waste my time, gas and breath with these people but I wasted my drivers time too. SO the Audi didnt work out... fine... So I ask; what else do you all have thats in my price rang that I can buy and leave with today? Brandon tells us well, I have this car and that car and he was Helpful dont get me wrong.. He told us what cars we should Buy and which ones they had out there they were complete junk and to keep away from But, thats also a Salesmens guide to suckering you into their lies, to make you believe you can trust them and not only are they your sales men but also your TRUSTING friend.. Anyways we go to buy the orange 2007 eclipse they have out there Which seamed to be a great car but, We get all the way down to signing the paper work on the car and no longer is the car 7,995.00 its now $10,212.00 WHO walks around with this kinda of cash? Oh wait the owner does! He sports affliction cloths and assessories WHY Because hes robbing you! He can afford to do that... I expect him to comment under this and I hope he does but when I called today and acted like I was a different buyer for the car He told me a complete different story and that he was unaware Brandon was charging us so much.. If you do get a car through them Look at your agreement CLOSE as they will try to sneak a few extra thousand dollars in on you!!!! What a waste people. Take your money, time, and business some place else!!! These people DONT deserve the time of day.... PLEASE BEWARE WHEN GETTING A CAR FROM THEM AND TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID ABOUT THIS COMPANY...

Where to even start? Bought a 2005 volvo s4o back from them in 2012. I have only put 9k miles on it since purchase and the car has been a nightmare. for something under 95k miles. First when you go to sign paperwork they hit you with all these fees I have never even heard of being done by a dealership (2 shipping fees? really?). First it took them 2 months to get the title and everything straightened out so I could get tag. Then I bought it with the check engine light on and we had a written agreement it would be taken care of by them before all the down payment was paid off. Took these knuckleheads 3 weeks to figure out why the check engine light wouldnt go off. Theyre so called "mechanic" doesnt know his a@#$ from his face. Told me it was the gas cap, replaced it. Turned of the check engine light comes back on in at 10 miles. 2 weeks later after returning 4 other times I just took it to my personal mechanic and it took on look under the hood to see that there was a giant vacuum line damaged!! another week to chase them down to get the part. DIDNT EVEN INSTALL IT!! I had to take the car back to my personal mechanic. Not even the best part, 2 months later about (150 miles later) I am driving down 41 and the car powers off!!!!!!! Just stops driving during afternoon traffic. I finally get it towed and its an 1100 dollar repair!! throttle body and pedal sensor. My mechanic then proceed to show me where it had looked like the throttle had been taken off and cleaned. (some numb nut didnt tighten all the screws back down). My Mechanic told me it is a common trick to extend the life of the throttle body when it is going bad. Hmm... well what do you know? Now 1.5 years into my payments anddd lo and behold the electronic system is fried (brake control module, power control module and various other elements). I understand as is but making a quick buck at the risk of someones life is just grimey. BEWARE!! dont even risk it buying a car from them. I did take the car to a mechanic to get looked out but those electrical issues are hard to find. Especially when you can just reset the onboard computers with the correct tools on the volvos
