I have spent the last several weeks researching cars and finally settled on the Dodge Durango. I love the FCA products and you cannot beat the UConnect Technology package. I have very specific taste and have purchased several cars. I had never been to Jeff Wyler in Fort Thomas as I had purchased previously from a dealer that was further from my house. I decided to try it because it was convenient and, as far as car dealerships go, had some good reviews. I was met immediately by Tim Moore. This young man had no idea what he was in for. He casually asked me if I had been helped as he was walking by, I responded "not yet". He immediately put down what he was carrying and asked me what he could do for me. Over the next 4 days, he would spend countless hours meeting with me and communicating with me about the exact car I wanted, whether or not it made financial sense for me to turn in a lease ahead of time, and several other financial options. AT NO POINT did I feel pressured or like I was being "pressed". They did not have what I wanted on the lot but let me drive a similar Durango R/T so I could get a feel for the car. When I came back 2 days later to drive it one more time, Tim had another customer and another salesperson set me up and let me go back out with the Durango. They didnt even question me or try and sell it to me. He recognized me from the day before and was happy to help even though he was not working with me. As we approached the final numbers and I agreed to what I wanted, the sales manger, Jerry Smith came over to greet me and introduce himself. At no point did he even speak about the sale, he let Tim do his job and simply wanted to meet me, get to know me, and have a chat. In previous experiences with dealerships, the sales manager would come in during negotiations to "close the deal" or put the "press" on. Keith Brown and Jerry Smith at no point interfered with the excellent job Tim had done creating rapport with me. They clearly have confidence in their staff. As a business owner, this was a BIG DEAL to me. While I was waiting for Tim to look for the car I wanted, other sales people would come over, greet me, and have conversations with me. Everyone was very professional yet friendly and relaxed. I like talking about cars and everyone in the staff seemed to know what they were talking about (Youd think every dealership should be like this but unfortunately it seems nowadays I know more about cars than the people selling them). Tim and crew spend 2 days and countless hours trying to find the exact car to specification that I wanted. It simply could not be found. They offered me several other options and worked with me extensively on price but, in the end, it looked as if I would have to order a vehicle. They offered me the same deal on a special order that we had negotiated. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle immediately from them as I wanted some time to step away from the deal and re-evaluate. Tim asked if there was anything more he could do for me and when I responded thanking him for his time and effort but that I was going to step away, he simply thanked me for working with him and let me know he would be here when I was ready and that he would keep looking for me. I cannot express how important this is to a high maintenance customer like me. Like most people, I want what I want and they made absolutely every effort to make that happen with ZERO PRESSURE. Usually I do not write reviews as my time is very valuable but I cannot express enough how professional and courteous this dealership is. I will absolutely be bringing my business to them in the near future.

This review is in regards to my experience at this dealership around two years ago. I should have done it back then but didnt. I will preface this story by saying that the salesman was fine and I honestly had no issues with him at all...and now the rest of the story: My wife and I had gone there after we had looked at and test drove a newer used Nissan they had on the lot. We brought the car back and were asked to sit down with the salesman and go over the "numbers" and see where we had to be in order to make a sale. We went over the numbers and when we figured it out, they wanted us to pay over 10k over sticker price with financing and the car was only 13 grand! No joke...I repeat...not a joke. After not being able to get a really good straight answer from the salesman and repeated trips to "talk to the boss", the greasy sales manager came over and did his best to come in and close the deal. Closing the deal for him meant illustrating how close we were to our originally wanted payment in terms "we would understand" by saying "Its just a couple cheeseburgers a week extra". What I havent mentioned yet is, yes while the payment was close, he wanted us to extend the note to 72 months, This is where his frustration really started to show. We werent buying it and ended up telling them we were going to head over to Starbucks to grab a coffee and think about it. As we were walking out the sales manager was eyeing us from their "sales fort" by the side door. He yells to me from his perch "You know, if we hadnt sold so many cars today, you would never had gotten the deal we are willing to give you. Your credit is so bad that you can go to any other dealer and youll probably get told no dice." This was in front of the entire of sales floor on a Saturday! We thanked them and hurriedly left. I called a friend of mine that had been a dealer at one time and he suggested I run over to Kerry Nissan in Florence and talk to his friend who was at the time the finance manager over there. We went over and met with him. He said to look all through the lot, or even get on the computer in the office and look through the website at any car on any of their other five lots and they would bring me to the car. Awesome!!! To make a long story short they got me the car I wanted, for the same payment for a year less on the note. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will be going back to Kerry whenever I look for another car and have sent people there since then. I will never set foot in another Jeff Wyler dealership.

Jeff Wyler has the best prices and service that I have come across thus far...We were in the market for a van and we were only comparison shopping. We had been to several other dealerships closer to home to no avail. The sales people at the other places were not really interested in spending the time to answer the questions of people who were just "Looking." So, we drove on to a place I had been referred to by a colleague; Jeff Wyler Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. There, we imediately felt a difference in the atmosphere. First, we were not harrassed by sales people or pressured in anyway. We were swiftly offered help and, after getting thourough and accurate answers to a few initial questions from a very helpful Jason Curtis, we wished to be left alone with our newfound information to just look. Jason, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, made sure we knew where to find him if we needed anything. We felt very comfortable and received none of the usual pressure tactics. So, we finally decided on the van that we wanted ( Ahem... I meant the one my wife wanted!) and decided to get a price on it. We went in to the Chrysler sales office to talk with Jason further and were promptly greeted by him and things were set in motion. Long story short, we went in to get a price for comparison but found ourselves getting a deal that we could not refuse on a brand new Chrysler Town and Country... we were soon on the road in our new van. Jason worked very hard to get us the best deal we could get and to get us in our new vehicle asap. We also purchased the best extended warranty I have ever heard of and feel supremely confident that any needs that we may have in the future regarding this vehicle will be met in the same manner as the experience we had with the purchase. We have a 3 yr old and a 5 mo. old. The vehicle is perfect. We werent pressured into anything more than we needed or offered anything less than we wanted. We now have the vehicle that we needed for the price we wanted. And, thanks to Mike Brees in the financial dept., the signing of the (many) documents and addition of the extended warranty went as smooth as it possible could have. I will recommend Jeff Wyler to everyone I encounter that is in the market for a vehicle, no matter how far away they live from Cincinatti, Oh; it is worth the trip. Jeff Wyler will be our first, and most likely last, stop next time we shop for a vehicle. The whole process was very simple, pleasant and uncomplicated.
