If you are in the market for a used car and live in the Northern Georgia area and want to have the best experience possible then you need to check out H and S auto! I drove 65 miles , over 130 miles total, to visit this dealership and Im so happy I did. Being a first time buyer and a young woman I was very nervous about purchasing a used car due to all the stereotypes and horror stories you read online. Before I finally found H & S I had visited a few other dealerships and looked at countless dealerships online. The dealerships either didnt have anything in their inventory I was looking for, didnt give me good vibes when I was there (i.e. the place and/or people felt shady), the cars were overpriced, or the online reviews were horrible (who should you believe?). H & S was the first place that had the type of car I was looking for with amazing reviews. I had to go check it out! I had such a great overall experience with Haris and Sanela but I will just focus on a few things to make this review most helpful. 1) Inventory: The car is obviously the most important part. Since this is a small family owned dealership the inventory is small and its kind of hit or miss for finding what you are looking for. I was looking for a 05-06 Honda and it just so happened that the day I was looking Haris had three different hondas. Unfortunately one was sold I think a couple days before I went there but the other two were still really great options. Honestly Haris & Sanelas cars sell very fast and I think its because the cars they sell are fairly priced, the cars are in great condition for used cars, and the family is really nice. 2) Quality: Ive already said this but the quality of the cars is fantastic. I went to a couple of places (before H & S) to check out similar cars and they just felt and looked a lot more worn down, dirty, and used. My car is 9 years old but when Im in it feels like its brand new. Im not sure if I just got lucky with my car but the quality of their inventory appears to be just superb across the board. I even had my car pre-inspected before I bought it and there were no major issues found by the third party mechanic. 3)Customer Service/Buying Experience: The customer service experience was great as well. I was able to interact with Haris, Sanela (his sister), and their dad and I just really feel like they are fair and honest people. The cars are all priced fairly (according to kbb) and Haris is willing to address any issues you may find that affect the driving/safety of the car. Harris also let me test drive the car for as long as I wanted ( I disappeared for like 2 hours! lol) and let me have the car inspected with no issues or fight back. He walked me through the whole financing situation and just made the whole process easier and less stressful. Since I was doing it alone I was very nervous but he was helpful throughout everything. I called him so many times and he always called me back and helped me the best he could. Since its basically just him and his sister handling all the customers they are super busy, but he always made me feel like he cared about me as a customer. That was very refreshing/nice. If you live in the area and are considering going here then I would highly recommend it. I tried really hard to think of some things I did not like about this place (because Im currently in school getting my PhD and thats what Ive been trained to do. lol) and literally the only thing I could think of was that Haris didnt give me the car for free. haha! I love my car (2007 Honda accord) that I purchased so much that Ive just been driving it around the neighborhood for the past week just so that I can be in it. :) Obviously no dealership is perfect and not everyone has the same exact experience but if you want to get a good car for your hard earned money and do business with decent human beings and not con artists then give H & S a chance!

I enjoyed my visit at the dealership and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown by Haris. At first, I was not planning on visiting this dealership since it was a little farther away from me compared to other dealerships. After looking at few other cars and not being satisfied, I decided to go and see this car. The description in the ad was thorough and even stated some of the items that were not visible in the pictures. I loved that he stated even the few negatives in the Ad so that I was not surprised when I got there. Since it is a smaller dealership and operated by one person, the paper work and other administrative parts of the transaction were quick. Haris was also easy to talk to and therefore made the negotiation the best I had to this date. We were even contacted a month later by Haris to see if we were enjoying our car. It made me happy to know that he wasnt just trying to get rid of a car rather was interested in offering us the best car for our situation. Cons- location (its located in Canton so it was a drive for me from the south side of Atlanta) Pros - great service, honest, friendliness, knowledgeable, flexible, warranty, cars are in good condition. Buying a vehicle always seems to be a hassle. Going from dealership to dealership. Then once you think youve found the "one" the sales person normally is the typical salesman...trying to guilt trip you into buying something you just came to look at or if youve found problems, there is always an excuse. Well dealing with Haris was nothing like that. He is the type of dealer that wants you to be happy. Talking to him felt as if youve know him for years or been friends since grade school. There was no pushing or making you feel like you had to buy the vehicle. I drove an hour to see the vehicle I ended up purchasing. I would have drive three if I knew the whole process would be so simple. Now that I know what a dealer should be, I doubt Ill be going anywhere else. Long and short of this experience...Easiest buying a vehicle Ive ever had and the cherry on the top. Haris knows what he is doing and is an absolute joy to work with.

We purchased from Haris at H and S Auto Group back on April 18th. We saw a truck that we wanted to look at drove a hour to get to his lot found a different truck my daughter liked better. It was a Saturday after 12 banks were closed. So we called our bank and did application online it took several hours to get a response but Haris was so kind and understood. Once we got the response it was 5:30 we called him and headed his way. He stayed after hours for us to finish the purchase and my daughter to get her truck that night. The truck is beautiful, he was upfront about everything and so very easy to work with and not a pushy salesperson. I will and have been recommending his car lot to my coworkers and everyone I talk to that asks about vehicles. The vehicles are clean, in good condition and very reasonably priced. If we have to buy again I will definitely be going to H and S Auto Group.
