HORRIBLE. I bought my first car here which was a 07 Chevy Impala LS. The car was absolutely fine but I got into an accident and totaled it so I decided to go back to them for another car. The second time around was terrible. I got a 08 Chevy Impala LS and not even thirty days later, my car started jumping and moving backwards instead of forward. I called them to come tow it and look at it. They towed it to the people that theyre linked to (scammers as well) and they tried to say that I messed it up by not putting transmission fuel in it (which I did & the bottle was in the trunk for proof). Come to find out, they had to replace my whole transmission which took about 2 weeks to do. I got it back, a month later it started jumping again. I called them and they said my warrantys ran out because I went over 3,000 miles and they were giving me attitude. I had to raise HELL and threaten them with the news in order for them to "fix" it again. They "fixed" it (I think they just patched it up) and that took about a week to do. So I get my car back, everythings fine until October hit. Mind you I had a 6 month warranty on the transmission. October hit, my car started bumping again but I thought it was my tires because a man told me thats what they were and Im just a 22 yo female. Idk about cars so I didnt call about it. November hit, my transmission went out just to find out that, they didnt seal it. So by time I figured that out, my warranty was up and I had to tell Danco whos their finance company to come and get my car. So now, I have a repo on my credit because they sold me a lemon. I wouldnt suggest this place to anybody. Im 22 with a repo on my credit for something that wasnt my fault and I HATE them for this. They are very rude, Ive witnessed it with others besides myself in their office, and they sell horrible cars. If I couldve gave this no stars, I wouldve.

I wanted to wait and do a review until I had the car for a month or longer. My credit isnt the best, and I needed a car for my son who is in college. He is far away and I didnt want him to be with out a car. I looked at several places who would finance someone in my situation. I completed the application over the phone and was in route to the dealer when I began to read the horrible reviews from previous customers. I called and spoke with Tanisha and I told her I wouldnt be coming do to the horrible reviews. She explained that Auto Deals was under new management and everyone was new there. I continued to voice my concerns and she continued to reassure me that the cars where in good shape and the process would be easy with no hassles. I was able to look at all car fax reports and drive the car that I purchased to my mechanic. They even fixed what my mechanic said was wrong (one minor thing was found). My son is pleased with his new car and so am I! Auto deals really surprised me. I went in thinking it was a horrible place and left out with a smile.

Wow! They are rite Mr.Martin is a good person and a great sells rep, but I tell u to please please think twice before buying a car here. They other reviews are right as well I try to give them the benefit of a doubt regardless of the reviews and I wish I wouldve listened! I bought my car the 1st of October and the transmission went out the 1st of December! I had to pay for transmission out my pocket and it was only 2 months that I had the car and no I didnt get the warranty so please if u buy a car here please please get the warranty especially FOREIGN on cars or any other car. I dont have anything bad to say but "DONT LEAVE WITHOUT A WARRANTY" I dont care how good it looks! If they say they dont offer warranty on a certain car find another car that u can get the warranty on. !"WARRANTY "! Dont leave with out it!

Bad customer service on the phone. Cant even get to a salesperson to ask about a vehicle. Person answering the phone keeps transferring me to dead lines and when I called back (the third time in a row) and asked to speak with someone, she couldnt get anyone and couldnt tell me when to call back for someone to help me. "Not sure when someone will be here to pick up the phone"... was her answer. I bet I can find a car dealer with time enough to answer a question about a car in their inventory. Hopefully you will try somewhere else too!

I purchased a vechile from them on 10/12/13 and bt 12/1/2013 the vehilces check engine light came on and the car would stall and cut completly off. I returned car and auto deals agreed to fix on 12/16/2013 they informed of the completion of work including fuel injector, and catalyic convertor. i picked car up on 12/19 and it is stalling more now and cutting then before they claimed to fix it. I would advise purchasing a vehicle from these people as they are not honest and selling lemons

Nothing about this place I liked worst place every they are all about money witch understandable when you selling good cars but THEY SELL CARS THAT ARE LEMONS . They look ok till you drive off the lot with them and all types of lights come on due to car accidents they have been in and have the nerves to ask for high down payments and celebrate getting over on people Please be careful with this place ....Just dont go have so much more to say but will comment later

Check engine light came in first day I got it after driving 30 miles had to take it back 4 times in the first 10 days. Trying to address issues before 3,000mile warranty is up so far between work and going back to the dealership 4 times Ive put about 600 miles on the car and they have to have the dealership work on it and test drive it some more. Be careful with purchasing from them.

My car was taken there as a repo and they stole items from me. Tried to act like I was lying and unaware of what was in my car until I spoke with management at my finance company and they were contacted from him. Then magically the item they stole just reappeared from thin air. Along with the evidence that someone stole it.

They sold me a lemon. I had a car for less then a week and because of malfunctions with the vehicle It was ruled out totaled and they have me in the hole for a car. I no longer have nor can drive. DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF! They are unprofessional con artist with a LOT full of junk cars

All Car dealers ship check credits and jobs tf Repo guy said Auto deals is a family company 1brother who own the dealership , the other brother do the financing , cars that been in a car accidents they fix it up and put it back on the lot
