I went to Hertz to purchase one vehicle (to be my primary vehicle) with no financing needed. I was able to find that vehicle, and I agreed to the amount. So far, so good! I paid cash for the vehicle, expecting to receive the title within thirty days. Almost three months and two registration extensions later, I have not received the proper title for the purchased vehicle. I have written corporate, the dealer, and the president of Hertz with no resolve to date. In fact, the response has been little to none.....no return phone calls or severe delay in returning calls as well as passing blame to someone else. Now, they are blaming me. The customer service has been unacceptable and unprofessional. I have spent countless hours making phone calls, traveling to the tag office, and traveling back to dealerships to redo paperwork. This ordeal makes me feel like I should have never purchased a car from this place! Just recently, I read other reviews of customers who had the same problem with this business. Its time to take my complaints to the next level....

I will always give a company the benefit of the doubt the first time, however after several horrible experiences in a row it is time to make it known that not only will I never do business with Hertz. I will take every opportunity to alert anyone who will listen to never do business with them as well. You call in and reserve a certain kind of vehicle and it is my experience that when you arrive to pick up said reserved vehicle they never have it or a suitable UPGRADE!!! They do however have plenty of subcompact cars for your driving pleasure. It is the classical switch and bait routine over and over. The part that really demonstrates this companies interest in its customers is the Customer Relations department or lack there of. Calling customer service was as big of a waste of time as it is renting a car from Hertz. The customer relations person said that things happen beyond their control and I should be happy they at least have a car for me. REALLY!!! If I could find a lawyer willing to take on a class action against Hertz contact me.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport 2.6.16. I worked with Jemarcus, he was extremely nice, professional, and courteous. The customer service was great but the VEHICLE WAS A LEMON. After 3 days of owning it I realized the gas door was broken. Jemarcus was willing to get it fixed with no problems after ordering the part but the manager wanted me to bring it back out (2.5 hour drive), have them MAYBE reorder the part, and have to return from Alabama to have them put the part on there. After 3 weeks of owning it the TRANSMISSION WENT OUT. If it were not for a 12 month warranty I would be paying for the repairs out of pocket before I even made my first payment on the car. I thought I was shopping smart buy purchasing a certified used car, guess I was wrong! What is the point of having a new car if you cant enjoy it? :( NEVER AGAIN HERTZ....NEVER AGAIN!!

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze through their Rent2Buy program. I think the process was very good. I searched their website for a few weeks until I found a car that became available with the options in my price range. Their corporate office contacted me via phone that day to confirm my on-line request to rent the car before purchase. They talked me through the steps that would happen. Jeremy from the local Marietta office also contacted me when the car was available for pick-up. Jeremy was very helpful in answering all my questions and getting the closing papers done once I decided to purchase the car. I traded in a used Pontiac. They gave me a very fair trade-in offer for the 10 year old car. I would purchase another car from Hertz through this program.

I loved the staff here during my recent pre-owned car shopping. Jeremy was just amazing. Hertz has fixed prices and those are really attractive, but no negotiations. So there is no "hidden" agenda here like you see in other dealerships and dont try to sell unwanted products or services. The staff is very willing to help you get what you are truly looking for. And Jeremy provided very unbiased advice when I needed in terms of selecting the models. I ended up buying a CRV in other dealership as Hertz doesnt sell CRVs. But would definitely recommend Jeremy and this Hertz location to my friends.

The whole buying experience was low stress for me when we bought our 2014 Camry in February. I got a fair price (there is no negotiation on price, so that stressor is removed) on a nice car in 9/10 condition. From knowing I wanted the car to driving off of the lot took about an hour and a half. Im happy with my decision and would recommend buying from Hertz in Marietta if youre in the market and the price is right on a vehicle you want.

My experience is not that great! I am waiting for my windshield replacement. Not yet done. The support from Hertz is poor. I got to sort out windshield matter directly with windshield company. I have reported breaks squeaky noise to Heartz, waiting for acknowledgement. I am surprised that the sales team has no idea about car service history!!

Rock-solid sales service from Ruben, and awesome financing help from Shawn. I gave what I was willing to pay for monthly payment and they came in under on a car I really am loving. They even allowed me to keep my old car at their lot a few days, since I did not have the title available to transfer to them to sell it.

I have never experienced a quick transaction such as this. I inquired about a car I saw on line on a Monday, Jamarcus Polloz contacted me right away. I test drove the vehicle on Wednesday, and the next day I was driving off in my new car. My experience with Hertz Car Sales in Marietta was A1. Thanks Hertz!

Not your typical dealership. Ask for Lee Robertson when you go here! He was extremely helpful and never once makes you feel pressured. He will be honest with you and not just try to make a sale. Im glad I found Hertz online.
