THIS IS THE WORST AND MESSIEST DEALERSHIP YOU WILL EVER BUY FROM!! YOUR SATISFACTION AND PLEASURE IS THE LEAST OF THEIR CONCERNS!! They made that clear to me when I had to chew out the owner and promised not to ever send him business and leave this review on his dealership for the inconsideration, neglect and disregard he showed my mother and I for not caring to release the tag and plates to us after our loan was approved for over a month causing the temporary tag to expire. His response to that was "we should have come an get it ourselves and so what, he gets plenty of sales and can handle things however he wants to, you got what you needed now go" Not to mention they even made unauthorized payment withdrawals from the card I used to make the down payment on top of the payments that had currently been made to the lender. It took everything in me not to beat him lifeless but I had to be the bigger person and just walk away. So once again do yourself favor an miss these guys when youre out to find another car because I promise you will not be satisfied at all!!

This has got to be the worst place I have ever dealt with in years. The lack of customer care and professionalism is amazing. My tag temporary expired and they never bothered to get me an extension. I drove around for 2 weeks with expired plates and finally got pulled over. The only time they showed any concern was when it was time to make a payment. They never did maintenance on the vehicle before selling it. They wanted to charge me $8,000 for a 2002 with way over 200000 miles on it when in reality the car wasnt worth $1,500. I never received any response about the tag so I did a voluntary repossession. I have never been so relieved to get rid of something. They prey on the poor and desperate. Dont waste your time or money. You definitely will regret it.

This company is bs...car note due on a Thursday and they repo car on a Saturday morning after you have spoken with them to come in Saturday morning.. Very unprofessional!!!!! Shade tree practices at its best...need to educate their employees on business practices.. Sign on door says late on 5th day a fee and on 10th day repossession.. So whats really going on? Company trying to get extra money!!! I think not!! Looking for a cash car asap this tax season only chose this one to rebuild credit fast..not expecting to experience bs or drama..Poor service !!!!

If I could I would rate a negative star! This company is the worst by far. I purchased my first car here, Yes it was a "Sold as is" but after 9 months still no title the DMV said I dont even own the car! WTF! It was a bs car to begin at that my first I never recommended this place. But guess what GOD blessed me with a better car thats NOT a buy here pay here with lower payments and maintenance. Do not I repeat DO NOT purchase a car here! Terrible service! They do not work with you AT ALL! They are uncorportive with customers!

My husband and i got a 99 buick from them. We were always on time. Whe my husband called on the 1st we was told the credit machine down and Carol exact words was I will talk to the manager to see if we can schedule a day to come pick the payment up due to your car not running. And ill will call u back. No call back. Come home cars gone. When we called she lied and said i. Wasnt here uh yes u was. She even admitted she lied on the phone. Sad service. Unprofessional actual business number dont work, machines are aleays down.

January 2016 I purchased a 01 Honda Accord From Dan at Fast approval, First off it had no Emissions and I Have found out it is against the Law for a Dealership to sell a non emissions car to a person that lives in an Emission County. As of Today 03/03/2016 I still dont have a title. Every attempt I have made to contact Dan on the phone they say he is always in a meeting. I have made 3 Trips to Fast Approval and every time there is a Different excuse. Very Poor Customer Service.. I guess my Next Step Will be LEGAL ACTION.

Business phone is a Google voice number.. no one ever answers the phone., shady people overall, i would HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE TO RUN AS FAST AND FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE. .. really should be reported and shut down...
