Huh- NoWay

My wedding ring had a small ..burr (?) in it. It was not purchased locally so taking it back was not an option. Mom in-law said go to Warrington, shes been taking her stuff there for years. Its all the way across town. There is different shop very close to home so we stopped in, and were told I had to leave it for 2 weeks. Its been on my hand for only 5 days-no way Im leaving it!! On to Warringtons we went. We were greeted with a good morning as we walked in, not by just one voice-but two! The ring went into the back for them to take a look. I liked that the others kept their focus on the customers they were already helping, even as I wandered around them looking at the displays. If I was that customer that is what I would want. Just a few short minutes later my ring came back out, the jeweler brought it out herself asking if it was better. It was smooth as can be! Thank you so much for doing it as we waited!! Above and beyond all the great things I could say I want to thank them for making me feel comfortable, as we walked in, and throughout the whole short visit. Ill be thanking them in person the next time I need jewelry!

I purchased a watch at the Naval Exchange and since they dont have a jeweler on site I had to take the watch to a jewelry store to get it fitted. I went to this store and was told the charge to fit it would be $20.00. I thought it was too much to pay so walked out. I called Bere jewelry store and they fit my watch for free! I doubt that the owner of the store was going to get the money from the watch fitting.

Steve and Cheryl Smothers and great people. Ive had several pieces of jewelry repaired there. I havent had the opportunity to buy anything yet but I know that when that time comes, Steve knows his stuff. Locally owned and a Christian too. If "bling is your thing" I recommend you head down to Warrington Jewelers and talk to Steve or Cheryl Smothers.

DO NOT USE! Terrible service. I needed a simple physical repair to the watch (nothing wrong with the mechanics) that required, by their own admission, just a dab of apoxy. They promised it would be ready in a week, but when I showed up it wasnt done, so I took my watch and am taking my business somewhere else.
