I love rue 21 but not the Cartersville store. Its going out of business and they had a huge sign outside that said entire store 70% off due to closing. I went inside and purchased a lot of items but when I got to the register the items were not 70% off. The rude female cashier explained to me on the sign outside in small print it says up to. But in giant print it said ENTIRE STORE. She marched outside while fussing at me to prove where the sign said up to. Once she returned inside I told her kindly she could just keep all my items. I dont like their false advertising and I definitely didnt need her attitude. The lady working the back putting out clothes was very friendly and helpful. However the cashier definitely needs a job that doesnt involve customer service. Rue 21 had better deals before they filed bankruptcy. Now its just a gimmick to rack in as much money as possible before closing. My advice is stay away!

I tried to go in the store at 8:20 pm and the door was locked. Two employees behind the counter , and a customer with child at the counter. On the window it has 9:00 pm as the time they close.

Cute for teens, but generally i only come here for accessories. They went just a little too boho for my taste.
