I have been very disappointed to see the direction this fine department store has taken. My favorite line Jones New York has been elimated. Im petite and hard to fit and their clothes fit so well. They are also phasing out Merrells, one of my favorite shoes. The store closest to me has become more and more unappealing because of the amount of clothes they attempt to cram into the store. I no longer enjoy shopping there. Overall, it saddens me to realize the locations have been inhabited by Richs, then Parisian and now Belks.

Not good! Couldnt find another pair of capris to be able to get the sale that was going on today. They wouldnt let me have the sale on just one pair. Told them would handle myself! And left.
