I was shopping here last week when I observed a customer trying to make a simple return. It immediately seemed like it was a big hassle between the Manager and another associate about this return, the Manager was in the middle of another transaction and ended up walking away from the register! As a customer I was irritated because the line was long and I didnt know what was going on. Im not sure that the customers did either. When he came back the Manager finished the transaction with his current customer and then walked away, ONCE AGAIN! Came back and was going back and fourth with the customer, about 10 minutes later this issue was resolved when the Manager realizes the customer had a tag on the item this whole time. This could have been resolved and handled in a matter of seconds, instead it took about 20, 25 minutes! Meanwhile the 1 other associate tried to go as fast as he could, which was not fast at all! Hangers all over his work station when I got up there, I wasnt able to even set all of my items down due to this. Arms tired, but oh well! Everyone just seemed irritated and I heard other customers saying there were about to just put their items down and leave! I come here occasionally, but the last few times it hasnt been worth it to shop here. May just have to drive a little further to the mall and head to Macys and spend a little more if this is customer service is handled.

I love this Ross! The staff is awesome and always joking around and having fun. They have a wide selection of clothes compared to some of the other stores I have been to. Its great that the clothes are so discounted. Ive gotten a Calvin Klein dress for $25 which is on the more expensive end for the dresses there. They have everything here. You can find shoes, clothes (mens and womens), lingerie, perfumes, handbags, kitchenware, bathroom decor, etc. I could keep going but that would take forever.

No one greeted us when we walk into the store. It was hard for me to shop due to the fact that children was running and playing throughout the store. I can understand why the manager could not say anything to the parents. I do believe the store policy should post a sign inside the store that will allow your employees to make an announcement over the intercom

Just started working there and i had a bad accident called in to advise the manager i been in a car crash wont be able to come in as i have to be taken to hospital she said i dont care if u dont show up your fired ,a comapany who dise not care for there employees i dont like to shop any more either ross was my faverite place before but not any more

Great prices and I always find atleast 1 thing thats perfect for me. The lines are a bit longer than usual because its a Friday but I was out fairly quick. Its a busy place and its still clean and welcoming. The restroom was clean and the employees are helpful. LOVE THE PRICES and the quality.

Went to this store today and my experience was horrible. The store is extremely unorganized and has no structure at all. The employees are rude I simply dont understand how they are still in business.There needs to be some retraining done.

The sales persons are not friendly. They dont have a family fitting room. And they wont let u go into a fitting room as a family. Ridiculous.

They have a good selection of good for fair prices my only problem with them is they never have enough cashiers working.
