My first visit ever to a TJ Maxx was on May 22, 2010. I had the dubious honor of having to pick out a bachlorette gift. I arrived at the store around 4pm or 5ish dreading the task that lay out before me. Picking out lingerie for someone else can be challenging. However, I must say your store representative Mr. Bohanon in home goods and the manager on staff, Ms. Ebony turned what could have been a disasterous visit into something quite pleasurable. The lingerie department is next to home goods and Mr. Bohanon did a wonderful job of helping me in lingerie and never made me feel the slightest uncomfortable. When I peeked around the corner to ask about store policy, it was as if Ms. Ebony read my mind and was very attentive to all my questions. I didnt even have to request a manager, she was on the sales floor and anticipated my needs. I looked at my watch upon making my purchases and leaving. I must say I dont think I have ever shopped a local store for over an hour. The time just flies when you are having fun. Hats off to Mr. Bohanon and manager Ebony. Stand up and take a bow!

I usually love shopping at tj maxx, but today I was greeted with horrible customer service. I walked in the door with a skirt I bought that they forgot to take the sensor off. A skirt from a month ago, so Ive lost the receipt. The staff at the counters were immediately rude to me and stand off-ish. I was planning to go shopping after I got the sensor off my skirt, but decided not to after the rude attitudes I got from the associates.

Vague Stuff

You get what you pay for. Bought a yard toy that requires assembly. A fair amount off normal pricing elsewhere. Of course - missing parts. I can understand damaged packaging, but, missing parts is just not acceptable.
