The racks in the store were super empty.I was able to find a few items like I always do because I am a frequent shopper at Ross. I came to the register the cashier associate # 477537 store # 0520 (black bald lady with zig zags in her head) played w/her phone for at least 3 mins while I sat looking and waiting. She then looked up and said I can take you. NO Hello, how are you doing NOTHING, just RUDE. She then scanned 2 items (I had 3) gave me my total. While she was bagging she then realized it was a 3rd item (she would have known this if she would have bagged or set the items aside as she rung them up). As she handed me my change for the 2nd transaction. She looked up and said next in line. NO GOODBYE, THANK YOU, OR HAVE A NICE DAY, just rude. I told her she has horrible customer service and a horrible attitude from the time I walked in line to wait for her to finish with her phone til the time I left. This is my 2nd time seeing her and both times she has the same attitude (you cant have NO HAIR AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE). I pissed because I LOVE ROSS but hate when its time to check out. She needs to go take lessons from Chick-fil-a employees. This lady doesnt like to speak, look at you or smile. Im not sure who hired her but she definitely doesnt need a job in the front dealing with customers. You should never be so desperate to have an associate treating customer as if they dont exist working at Ross. Sincerely A valuable yet disappointed customer

NOT RECOMMENEDED If waiting in long lines is your thing...then this is your place! Never more than one register open At peak hours On the weekend Makes for a horrible experience after having spent time searching and then forced to wait in lines at least 10 people deep. Walked in to shop for a birthday present and littreally walked back out the door because the line was snaked around a rope with 1 CASH REGISTER OPEN ON A SATURDAY @ 1PM. Unacceptable and careless. The store is cluttered clearly due to lack of personnel. Management is never anywhere to alleviate the lines, crowd, etc. We DO NOT RECOMMEND any Ross stores. Today was the icing on the cake for giving the store a try out in the.

The employee looked so mad and I even suggested she smile. She told me that she wasnt a customer service type person and I suggested moving to something shed enjoy doing and she said no...she didnt really want to deal with people at all. I was shocked and I thought maybe it was an isolated incident until I visited another Ross in a different area and I got the same reaction so....Ross may need to amp up the Employee Morale Dept and begin with QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. ..Sorry...I love shopping at Ross because of the great prices.

I am so disgusted with the filthy bathrooms..they smell like urine and the floors are nasty and the hallway back to bathroom is nasty. It does not take that much for a coat of paint.. I know they can afford that.. it seems management does not care..Not the first time to visit bathroom and it be nasty..
