I bought my first new Harley (2010 Heritage Soft Tail) and was treated with respect.I had some trepidation about buying a HOG because of the reputation they had from the 70s. Kevin Jennings showed me all of the improvements and how much they have advanced in the 40 years. So I bought it and fell in love! I put on almost 3,000 miles. Then 63 days later I killed it when a lady turned in front of us going to a yard sale. Chevy trucks are truly built like a rock. After being released from the hospital the dealership was very happy to see me still walking around. In less than two months I was buying its replacement. The best decision I ever made. I now own a 2011 Road King Classic. Every step of the way the dealership was there answering my questions and making me feel like I was their only customer. I could not ride yet so the dealership delivered the bike to my house for free. I drooled over the bike for the next 5 months as I went through healing and therapy. I cannot say enough good things about them. Every part I buy from Dave, every article of clothing I get from Sherri, every time I visit I am always greeted like a friend (usually by Renee at the front door). My bike has only seen their shop and I truly can say it is in great shape. I have over 20,000 miles on my bike and it runs magnificently due to their great service shop. Brian and Kelly are great! Every time I get any service there Tony makes sure my bike sparkles... even if I bring in dirty. I have referred all my friends to the shop and sales floor. They are really good. I highly recommend that this should be your dealership too.

The warm and welcoming feeling that I experience every time that I visit is simply priceless and truly appreciated. Thanks for making me feel like family. If I were seeking employment, I would definitely be honored to work for Harley Davidson of Atlanta. I am a people person and totally believe in humanity and I feel that they do too. Tim has always taken care of me when I visit along with his team in the parts department. He gives great advice about parts and is always willing to go the extra mile to help others. I speak of him but I feel that this can be said about every employee there. So; in reality, this review is really for everyone there. You all rock and will always be my dealership of choice. I was in attendance over the weekend (3/19/17), and visited the parts department. I worked with Tim and as always, he was very helpful in assisting me with viewing items in a catalog as well as ultimately making purchases to enhance the personalization of my motorcycle. I am truly pleased to continue to my relationship with H-D of Atlanta. Karry was very professional and assisted me with my purchase. Thanks Karry. I visited my favorite dealership (H-D of Atlanta) on last Thursday, 7/13 (Bike Night) and I ordered the Swat II leather vest. Karry assisted me with this purchase and as always, was very welcoming and kept a smile on her face. Its always great to see a person loving what they do and Karry shows that type of enthuiasm everytime. Karry, you rock! Keep it up!

Worst customer experience ever at HDA (Harley Davidson of Atlanta) today. Have full audio recordings that will be posted of Jeff Eubanks firing me as a customer after I caught 2 of his employees Ray and Kelly lying to me at the service desk over a tire replacement that was fully covered under ESP - all recorded on my speakerphone. I was willing to pay for the tire if warranty didnt cover it. You will never see me on HDA property again. They can not be trusted plain and simple and I have a recording to prove it. Ray even entered a claim and closed it stating customer declines claim service and then told me it was open and would have to get an inspector out next week leaving my bike there and the whole time he was lying and had already closed the claim saying I denied it. Ray was caught by ESP live on speakerphone lying about it. Kelly lied about plugs not being covered bt ESP says on the recording they have never excluded plugs or denied a claim for a plug its that or a tow duh. Then Brian? comes out of nowhere and starts staring me down and starts a real argument. I am now removing myself from the hog road captain process and Amanda resigns from her activities coordinator position effective immediately. We will not be having movie night this weekend or attend anything sponsored by HDA ever period. Im sure this will be deleted ASAP so feel free to connect with me if you want to hear the recording of the whole thing going down. After all its against the rules here to tell the truth here about HDA.

So,last week pulled the trigger on a 17 ultra and traded my boss (I mean 10k in extras amazing) road king. Two reasons, had a 6 day trip planned for the 4th and wanted girl to b comfortable. 6 days into the new bike its in the shop, needs an ECM. Called dealer, these guys were awesome when I was buying the bike (my second from them) and told the my problem and explained my trip situation. Was told by David " thats why Harley has a two year warranty" Ill look into it and call u back, no call back from David. Spend 30 k on a new bike and im without it for 10 to 14 days. Could u at least help me get a loaner for my trip?!?!? Can u give me a free bottle of water for my inconvenience?!?!? No Im , screwed basically. Will never buy another bike from these people. Treat u like a king until they have youre money but if a problem comes up youre transferred to 4 different people. See ya Atl Harley (Brian from service was amazing, called Harley to track my new part and called to tell me when it should arrive, went out of his way) Thanks for the response, unless you have more than one irate customer, Im sure David knew who I was.

My name is Bart Brown and I just want to thank you for the way your shop help me in my hour of need. I was traveling through on my way from Charlotte, NC to Natchitoches, LA, on April 21,2017, and my tendonitis flared up and I was unable to us my left hand. I made it to your shop but could not go any further. The help and kindness I received from everyone at Atlanta Harley was overwhelming. Brian Eubanks worked over and above to find a way for me to get my bike and me back to Charlotte, NC, and you were so kind to just let me hang-out till I was able to get a ride. I want to also say a special thanks to Ken Clark for sharing a delicious sandwich with me, and some of his Ping-On “Little Pink Tub” ointment it helped! Ken also stayed around and drove my bike up on the trailer, Thanks! Thank you for your kindness and displaying a Godly atmosphere at your dealership. God Bless!
