Esta tienda es una basura fui a comprar unos sapatos para my hijos para rregreso ala escuela y my hijo los queria cambiar por otros tenia 5 minutitos que los compro y no qurian darle el dinero ni cambiarlos por los otros querian lisencia de georgia bueno entonses comprobe que las personas que ai trabajan son rracistas con los hispanos yo les dije que pagamos cash y eyas dicen no me importa si no tienes entonses no te doy el dinero y no te doy los sapatos entonses le di my identificacion y una buena rregañada entonses tubo que rregresar el dinero pensaba que no tenia adi gracias a dios que me dio valor y las enfrente se pusieron a temblar pero son rracista toda my jente hispana cuidado con esta tienda y las personas que ai trabajan las quieren meter en problema is bad Ross store basura

My husband and I happen to shop at Ross a lot, and never had any bad expirences here. Weve never returned anything, we are always happy with what we buy. About 2 weeks ago, my husband bought hair clippers. He got home, tried them, and they didnt work. At all. We went today to take it back, and WOW, from the time we walked in it went bad. Loss prevention, Kennady was problem number 1. I went to grab a buggy for my daughter and the first one I grabbed was nasty. No problem, Ill grab another one. As soon as I do, Kennedy is trying to take the buggy for someone else. I grave it and put my daughter in it and let him know the other one was dirty and I walk off to join my husband who is waiting in the return line. We come to being next, and then they tell us we are in the wrong line.... But he had asked and thats where they tell him to go. They tell us to go to the back of the alchemy out line. He tries telling him hes returning, not checking out. The Ross worker ignores what my husband is trying to say and just repeats himself and tells us to go to the back. My husband gets angry and looks for someone to talk to. He happens to go to Kennady. Loss prevention guy. Again, big mistake. He then tells us all we will get back is 49 cents, for our 20 dollar item. We took our clippers and left. We were treated like we were a problem. This use to be our number 1 place we shopped at, but will not go back. Good job Ross. Maybe teach your workers customer service, considering thats what retail is.

This location has some of the friendliest people I have ever seen in a work place. It is very up beat and professional. The management is very professional and down to earth, the staff although young are very professional and courteous. The overall moral of the store is infectious and I could continue to shop here on a regular basis just for the goos attitudes. Job Well Done.
