Wish I could give negative stars. I understand working in retail is a rough gig (been there), but the employees at the hiram Ross are some of the rudest individuals I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Not to mention the totally inappropriate conversations they have with each other knowing customers can hear them. If you dont want to do your job, QUIT! There are plenty of people that would be happy to be employed in your place. I would recommend going elsewhere!!!

Luv Ross so glad I found this store. My mom and I luv coming here which is very rare that we agree on the same store but it has quite a bit of lovely items and a lot of cute patterns. I recently had to replay my sandals so sad they were my favorite but luckily Ross had some on for sale and I absolutely luv them. Thanks again guys. Will definitely be coming back!! B-)

One of the least friendly stores to shop at in Hiram, unfortunately. Ive run into snarky, disdainful floor salespeople and cashiers on multiple occasions. No one seems to enjoy working here or have any concept of customer service. Prices are good , I suppose...but not worth dealing with the wave of negativity that hits me every time I walk through the door.

Horrible customer service! Bought my son a pair of Levi brand jeans for Christmas at Ross. He wore them one time and the button fell off the jeans. Ross told me that since they were worn, they would not return them. Way to stand behind the products you sell. I will not be returning to Ross ever again.

Clothes here are moderately cheap but also not anything that great either. Really just depends on what youre buying. If youre just looking for basics, you could probably get even cheaper at Walmart or Goodwill.

Good deals but its hard finding a decent selection of current styles. Good place to find a good deals on shoes. Jordans. Vans. Levis. Timberlands. Nike. Polo. More than expected in the mens shoe department

Normally I love Ross but this store was laid out strangely, had a poor selection of clothes in my size which is a very common size and it just wasnt the most comfortable place to shop.
