Edit: spoke to a Ava Jones "salon manager" and she was extremely rude and reluctantly gave me a refund and made snappy comments to me despite how nice I was being. She tried telling me there was nothing to fix, my hair was fine despite me saying its gray and not what I asked for. She tried to give me a split refund for the color since the cut was fine but the system wouldnt let her and one of the many remarks were "well guess you get a free haircut today too." She was very arrogant, cocky, snappy, and rude. Definitely will never go here again. -------------- Overall: 1: the highlight color is uneven 2: the stylist did what she wanted despite what I asked for. 3: unfriendly and talked about how bad other salons are like great clips 4: my hair is fried where they over processed it 5: Over priced 6: ripped and tangled my hair when trying to style it Full story: I dyed my hair black 8-9 months ago on natural medium brown hair and with a strip of pink bangs. Last week I asked for a cut and color. Off the bat I was put off because I told my stylist that I wanted dirty blonde and my pink to be left alone. She tells me "no no. We cant do dirty blonde." And made it seem like my hair was too weak to attain a dirty blonde so I showed her photos of my past hair with dirty blonde and I told her thats the color I want. So she says "thats not dirty blonde. Thats not what dirty blonde looks like." Then grabs out swatches and shows my mom what dirty blonde actually looks like, so I tell her I do not want black in my hair any longer Whether it be dirty blonde or a light brown after that she said ok. I asked about pricing (because there arent signs). she asks if Im going to have a full head of foils or half a head of foils and I said I guess full? and she brings me a calculator that says 130 which I didnt appreciate because I wanted to see the prices of all the services. Before she starts my hair she says "I cant do a full head dirty blonde so Im going to do highlights" and I told her as long as there is as little black as possible, I will be happy. She does chunky highlights and tells me she will touch up my pink. 30 minutes later she says my hair is pulling the color pink and will leave me under the dryer longer. after rinsing she puts in the color "mocha" and the pink. The pink wasnt sectioned off so when she was blow drying my hair (very aggressively at that. I was hit in the eye, I could feel my hair being ripped out and hear some snapping) I can see unevenness in color, the pink bled through, and the highlights are GRAY and there was a lot of black left the way it was at the bottom of my hair. I had a bubble gum pink before and the pink she put in was a bright fushia on the left and a coral on the right. my mom demanded that she fix it and we all decide on a dark cherry red as she rinses that she says "do you mind leaving here with curly hair? If I blow dry it, Ill have to charge you an extra $40." I said "what?" And she said "I can put you under that dryer but I cant blow dry it". After 10-15 minutes under the dryer my hair looked disgusting. It was cold and sprinkling outside and my hair was still wet in some spots. Looking at me, It looks like a friend did my hair in the bathroom. I could not at all believe I left a salon the way my hair looked.

I have been coming to this Sephora store for years, I spend hundreds of dollars a year at this particular location because the customer service is usually 100% and the ladies are genuine and super sweet....after today, I will never shop there again thanks to the manager Sonya in which I have never ever encounted until today. I dont even feel the need to get into details at this point, that will be a discussion I will have with the store manager tomorrow. Extremely disappointed, not only was this store convenient for me, Ive always had a great experience.

Worst hair salon in all of Hiram/Dallas. My 2nd haircut/highlight at this salon was horrible. The "stylist" burned my hair. The 3rd time I went my haircut was so uneven it was embarrassing. Went today to give them a last chance and was told that my stylist was an hr behind. No one called to give me a heads up or nothing. When I spoke with the manager, she was so rude, dismissive and could care less about me and my time or issues of the past. I would rather go to any other place from now on. Horrible experience!

Great place to shop! Im a pretty big guy so I always get my cloths here. They have the best selection in Big and Tall for men Ive found. So, this is a store I frequent often when needing anything from a pair of jeans to something a bit more business casual. I even show for my kids cloths here. I will say, it seems like a get better deals and pricing with my cloths than with my two year old.

My wife and I have been shopping here for many years since they opened up and we like shopping here because of the prices, mainly. While its not a full size JC Penney, they are relatively close and even if they dont stock what you have you can order online to home or pick it up here. Staff is wonderful and polite always.

Good selection of this to purchase. I got a great deal on my appliances. They have a Salon that I love going too. Friendly people working there. Its also relax shopping. I like that they can order online for me if they dont have anymore in the store. Great store.

DeeAnna Miller is a fantastic hairstylist located in the JCP Salon!! She goes above and beyond for her clients. She is extremely talented and delivers above and beyond your expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist!!

I can always find something to buy when I visit this location. I like to order online and pick up the same or next day in the store for free. Sephora is located in the store as well. There is always a coupon available even for small purchases.

Hidden gem waaaaaaaaaaay back behind Best Buy....worth finding. Bright, clean and so far very helpful customer care. They do need better signage on the main street...we were living here for 7 months before we just happened upon the store!

This store is always clean and staff is very friendly. They typically have most things you find online. They have a hair salon and photographer in here as well. My wife spends much of her time in sephora area.
