Just like my rating says, I feel like this particular Giant store is "okay". For those of you b*tching about the high prices - newsflash - its the Main Line, welcome to reality. This is an expensive (and monied) area...so naturally any business in the area is going to price their products in accordance with the locals incomes. Now, as for the quality of the food there - nothing special, but Ive never purchased spoiled meats or anything like another reviewer mentioned. My only problem (which was also mentioned by another reviewer) is the lazy and uncaring staff, with the exception of a few of them. The manager of the deli dept. is a wonderful guy - quick, professional, and always courteous. As for the rest of the deli staff - they may as well be asleep most of the time. Same goes for the customer service counter crew - except for a couple of them who are always attentive and polite. Overall, the store needs to do a better job of hiring people who arent brainless zombies just coming to get a little paycheck. I know its just a grocery store, but having people who at very least, give a crap about providing GOOD customer service would go a LONG way. Not planning on staying a customer - mainly due to the lack of competent staff. P.S. Why is "Giant" spelled wrong on this post??? Lol. Oh boy.

Be very cautious. I caught them re-labeling meat. I purchased a custom cut pork loin (huge fricken thing) "Packaged on 10/4/15. Peeled the label off to take a picture to show everyone my purchase, low an behold, a completely different Packaged on date. Corporate didnt even apologize when I called, just said "yea, that shouldnt be happening, I will need to escalate that". Didnt even ask for my name or contact information. This tells me they know about this practice and most likely wont go to anyone past the call I made. This wasnt the first time that I got suspicious meat but will certainly be the last. Not to mention the other numerous already expired food on their shelves. Needless to say, will never ever be shopping at this shaddy Giant again or any Giant for that matter.

Sometimes staff are unhelpful and rude, selection is so so Update this place is still crappy and to boot they are switching from 24hrs to 6am to midnight starting this week Also they are charging sales tax on soda to gouge philly folks who come here to escape the soda tax in town, i complained to the staff and was met with the same snotty attytood i have come to expect here. If i didnt work in the shopping center or if i had a car i would have gone somewhere else to shop they do not deserve your money.

Nicely sized grocery store with a variety of service counters at which you can get prepared foods of various kinds - including stuff like sub sandwiches and pizza by the slice. Prices are alright, though you could probably get cheaper at some competitors. The overall environment is pleasant though, and they even have a dining area where nearby there are even sold alcohol-containing drinks.

This is my go-to Giant when we go shopping. Very clean, but it can also get very, very busy. Fortunately, Ive never had to stand in a checkout line longer than 5 minutes before my turn. They have a great bread (the real thing, not the American paper) and deli section, as well as our favorite, Bays muffins. Not everyone carries those.

I was in self check out scanning the kool-aid packets and the machine of course wasnt picking up the weight properly, I kept shaking the bag so the weight could register but it didnt work so when the cashier came over she treated me like I was trying to steal some darn kool-aid. My opinion, it could have been handled more tactfully.

I liked it better when it was Genuardis. But still has an okay selection of the essentials. Good deals can be found if you dont need to stick to a specific shopping list. Newly added beer selection is nice but the store overall needs some updates.

I dont do my grocery shopping here, but I work in the area and stop in here for breakfast or lunch sometimes. Their cafe makes fantastic breakfast sandwiches and pizza slices. And cheap too -- $1.50 each.

Deli section is great. Starbucks coffee stand inside is a plus and the new Beer section is also a nice perk. Self check-out is usually very quick. Plenty of Parking and easy access in/out.
