Most aggravating moment of our shopping experience was at the end I had 3 children and an infant with me and although the lines to check out were not long there was no one to help bag my two hundred and some dollars worth of groceries. After checking out the kids and myself had to use the bathroom which was at the back of the store and oh so disgusting it was just a single bathroom that was covered in feces and urine

Went to Giant for Jif Whips and there wasnt even a spot for it. Why would you stop selling something so popular. Five stars was an error that I was not able to correct. This location is too much smaller than other Giants and cannot come close to competing with their competitors. Worth the drive to the Upper Providence store or Wegmans.

Its decent for a Giant, its clean and the deli staff is good. The location is excellent and its in the same shopping center as an Aldi, Walmart, and Home Depot, so its pretty much one stop shopping. The bakery is also very good and has wonderful selections. The meat department cuts could be better and tend to have thinner steaks.

I have been shopping at Giant, since 1990, when I moved to Norristown, and, that experience has been non-problematic and beyond excellent. The prices are reasonable, and management and the staff do whatever it takes to keep the customer content. And, Andrew and Lauren (managers) at the pharmacy go a step above excellence.

Cashiers act as if they are doing you a favor by doing their jobs. The front-end of the parking lot is full at 7 am, while there are maybe 3 customers in the store.
