Upon entering Total Wine in Glendale Az. on 2/2/10 at around 2pm I was hit by one of the many freight carts being moved thru the store by vendors. After the first cart assault I asked the vendor where I could find their non- alcohloic wine selections. She replyed in a very snotty manner that she did not work there. I then continued my journey thru the store in search of Ariel wine. As I made my way down the back aisle I was once again hit by the same vendor operator who by the way stood about 4 10" and the cart she was operating was stacked about 7.5" high. I encountered her once again AFTER I complained to the management. I offered her some advice about how it would be easier to pull the cart as opposed to pushing it and not being able to see where she going. She gave me another sincere snear. My recommendation to the manager was to bring in the stock orders early in the morning before they open for business....

The store used to be laid out more logically. Alphabetized wines. Now all these goofy side displays...our employees favorites, winery direct, special displaysX2 for roses,...same exact display 8 feet apart, vodkas with no logical arrangement making it the second trip to find the one I wanted, needed help to find it..what a mess you have made of it.. KimCrawford sav. Blanc only 2016 and same essential price as Costco but Costco has 2014...and none of the Spitfire again. But the checkout folks are great. And how come no real beer tasting events any longer..and if it wasnt broken why did you FIX it? Shopping there used to be fun and I always went home with new purchases. Very few point ratings anymore. The cluttered aisles and chaos of displays make me glad I am leaving as I go out the door. You asked. I told you.

Its like a candy store but for adults and your parents are there telling you cant have anything because youll spoil your dinner even though theyre the ones that brought you in here and it makes you wonder if they did this just to torture you. But I digress, the selection is amazing and prices are great. Their loyalty program I feel is a lot like Whose Line is it anyway, where everything is made up and the points dont matter. Seriously though, theres a tracker on the bottom of your ticket that tells you the points but the so called benefits never happen. Visit on a Friday afternoon after work or Saturday during the day, vendors are typically there sampling their wares.

Awful customer service in glendale. I was told I had to preorder a keg by coming in the store and prepaying in the store. Once I moved around my day to drive to the store I was told by the manager that he wasnt even sure they had the beer I wad looking for...they also dont take prepayment. So it was a wasted 20 minute trip. I understand mustakes happen but the manager never apilogized and acted like I never really spoke to anyone. The other coworkers stood around staring at me as if I were a trouble maker. Awful management and awful customer service. Save yourself a trip and head to bevmo around the corner.

Nice variety. But a turn off the two times I went, was their guy/woman offering wine tasting at a small table. They dress SO formally and act so snobby that I didnt even want to ask for a taste. (and it wasnt even offered to me as I walked by slowly, looking at the wine. They just kept their nose in the air looking at everything else but me. Gosh youd think it was $200 wine theyre offering or they think theyre in Snotsdale or something!

TW&M simply has the absolute lowest prices on spirits! I always go here and save $$$ on my favorite Whisky. Its usually 20% less. They also have a decent selection of Cigars though the prices vary on them but occasionally have good deals either way its my 1 stop shop for Friday Fun!!! Oh and i dont expecet them to sell me anything if i dont have my ID...

Please keep me out of here! I spend way too much money, they always have tastings and I end up buying them plus what I went after. We are bourbon drinkers and love the selection they have better then anyone else in town. They even get some very high end bourbons in and we get emails about them. Thanks Total Wine and More we love it!

If you are looking for a great bottle of wine for a special occasion or to give as a gift this is a great place to for that special find. The staff was friendly and assisted with finding the perfect bottle to gift and they even polished the bottle! Very knowledgeable staff with reasonable prices.

There is a great selection at this store and most of the time its the cheapest I can find (even when looking at grocery stores and other liquor stores). I have never had a bad experience with a staff member either, they are always very friendly and helpful!

I like Total Wine, except that all their handles are torn/ripped on their cases of beer. Not sure if its the vendors or employees, but its very frustrating. Also it would be nice if their coupons for beer could be used on larger purchases than a 6 pk.

If you want craft beer, MUCH better selection over BevMo! However the cash register lines can get long and management doesnt seem to recognize it. Take some of the employees off of the floor and have them check out customers!

Huge selection of every kind of beer, liquor, wine and sodas, mixers. They even have gluten free beer for my celiac problem. This is usually my one stop store for picking up a case of beer or a bottle of vodka
