We go there for kegs often. An older gentleman with a wrist brace took me back to the keg fridge today while my wife watched our infant son. I looked over the selection for about three minutes and told him I wanted to step out briefly to present the selection to my wife. He said sorry, I have to go back to work. I thought he was joking since helping people as they shop for $125 kegs is part of his job. No, he wasnt kidding. We left and took our empty shell. Unrelated, but still something to consider-prices without a coupon are pretty steep.

Im 34 years old and when carded the clerk informed me that Bevmo would have to confiscate my I.D. because they were unable to read the information on my drivers license with their card reader. I took my card back and they were unable to take my card away. They did eventually sell me the beer I was buying but the transaction was extremely creepy. Ive never had this sort of disrespect from locally owned liqueur stores and I do not plan to purchase products from these out-of-state corporate stores again.

Normally have a great experience, except one time I went in the morning and asked an older bald guy with a goatee if he could check if there were anymore captain Morgan shooters. He seemed annoyed that I asked for help and he said that he was in the middle of helping someone else and he will check in a minute when he is done helping them in a very condescending tone. He never did end up helping me at all. The other employees were always helpful and super nice though.

Stopped in here yesterday and to be honest wasnt able to get exactly what i was looking for (a 6pk assortment of chocolate beers) but I was helped by a great employee who spent 10minutes waking around the store helping me find some other great options...including a 12pk of seasonal Pyramid brews that was only 6.98. AWESOME. anyway, great experience, will def go back.

Store has no self identity to pride in working with spirits and hops , grapes and all the great elections they have in a store. The products are great, the prices are FAIR but the Customer service aspect Complete Donut hole! (ZERO) All i have to say is Total Wine is the new BevMo!

Awful customer service and awful prices! We live up this way and kept putting up with the prices and weve moved on to a better place now. Last night especially did it for us as we were carded for buying a soda....no joke and he even knew we had soda and carded us anyways. Pathetic

First time, customer service was horrible. First person that we engaged with told us the product we were looking for was no longer carried. Instead of making other recommendations, they just walked away. First and last time I go to a nemo.

Great friendly service at this location - I get my kegs from there - always well stocked with a great inventory - I feel like a kid in a candy store when browsing for my next flavor. Lots of local / AZ and other breweries in stock.

Its a BevMo.......beer is good and good selection as always but it can be overpriced. Staff is friendly but often times not many people working at all.
