The folks at Phoenix auto ROCK! I was searching for a nice used vehicle for a while, I was getting super frustrated with dealing with crappy car lots and annoying car salesman. But as soon as I walked onto the Phoenix auto, I was immediately greeted by a nice salesman and inquired that I was looking at two vehicles and within an hour I was driving an experts home! I was very impressed on how professional everyone in their establishment is, and how well they deal with their customers. I will definitely recommend this car lot to all of my friends and family and will happily look to them first if I ever need another vehicle.

Phoenix Auto on Elm Hill Pike in Nashville has friendly service and we got a good running car. What surprised me was how well they work with you on the payments. We are so satisfied that I called to see about possibly getting a pick-up truck next time. They have 2 lots so if you dont see what you want on one lot they may still have it and they also get additional vehicles frequently.

Even though Im rating them a 3 I still recommend getting your vehicle from pheonix auto they do have a cool staff that help with some problems now the down side when I got my expedition from them I had to have the oil changed right away & still having some issues here & there but this is a buy here pay here as is lot so hey get u a nice ride for around $700 down & ride out nice.

Great place, great people! I needed a car in a hurry and didnt have much to put down. I went in on a Saturday, picked out a 2000 Buick LeSabre with 140K miles for $700 down. They were still getting it ready and I ended up taking the vehicle with their promise to finish the work at my convenience. They absolutely followed through on everything and I have a great car. The service was terrible! They hassled me the whole time. The first had gas in the oil and the second had transmission problems and now they are not wanting to give me my money back. This place is terrible! The lady at the front is rude and straight up lies to your face.
