update; the quote they have on my experience was actually about the car I bought at another dealership. Seems to be a trend of misrepresentation. I contacted them August of 2014 when I had to purchase an SUV somewhat quickly due to a change in jobs in the medical device industry. I live in Franklin and met the salesmen and test drove a Lexus GX 460 SUV. The salesmen pulled up a screen that showed the pricing at 42,000 and they were selling it for 39,000. He said we already have it priced at 2000 less than we paid for it. Do not fall for this. This is the oldest trick in the book. That is not what they paid for it. I told him that I needed to think about it that my father is a dealer in NC and that I was wanting to save time and just buy it here in Franklin. I got the number off of the car and had it run through the dealers data base that shows auctions and prices. The car was actually purchased at auction for $34,000 ish in California and had been sitting at their Belle Meade location for about 6 months and was transferred to their Franklin location. Cush called the next morning to see what it would take to get the deal done. He went through the script of what they had paid for it and how they were selling it at a discount. I told him that I actually had pulled up the real data on the car and that I know what it actually was bought for in Cali and that I dont mind someone making money and just wanted to find a fair figure for us both. The phone went silent and he asked what it would take to get the deal done? Eventually they came down another 1,500 dollars to 37,000 plus taxes. I did not purchase the car. I called back a few days later asking about an Infiniti QX 56 that they had listed on their website. I was told that the owner was driving it and they would see about having it brought in so that I could take a look at it. I never heard any thing and after repeated calls to Cush over the next few days I received no response. This is obviously disappointing. I did find an excellent condition Lexus GX460 at another dealership for $7,000 less with substantially less miles, I purchased from another dealer about 2 weeks after initially contacting Global. The key take away is do not be fooled by the screen they pull up to show that they are selling it at a discount. This is one of the oldest car dealer tricks in the books and there is no need to go through those types of dishonest sales tactics. I would have bought from them regardless of the previous missteps if I would have received a call back. I am guessing after repeated calls from me they figured the juice wasnt worth the squeeze.

Global Motorsports, Brentwood, TN. Bottom line up front: Buyer Beware! Dont be fooled by the beautiful online pictures... CARFAX isnt perfect. Be sure to ask for a "certified" used vehicle inspection from a reputable shop before wasting your time and money. Background: I had been in phone negotiations with James Scott for about 2 weeks regarding a beautiful, 2016 Fuji white Range Rover with only 6,800 miles on the odo--The pics looked great, the CARFAX was clean, and my salesman had assured me that the vehicle was perfect (Although by his own admission, he had never driven it). Taking all this into account, I drove 300+ mi (from Scott Air Force Base) to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived I was asked about my e-check and told the vehicle was gassed up and ready to go. I told him Id of course like to take it for a test drive before finalizing the deal; he obliged and I was off. During the drive, the vehicle was very shaky at highway speeds and it had a noticeable pull to the right. I took it back to the dealership and informed them of my experience. James informed me that the vehicle "probably just needed to be driven" due to possible "flat spots" on the tires. Are you kidding me!? I wasnt buying that, so he spoke with the manager who setup a quick-turn appointment at their local shop to have the vehicle checked out. Low and behold, the alignment was way off, but the issue with the tire vibration couldnt be diagnosed because they didnt have the key for the wheel locks (which is a totally different can of worms). I took it for another spin and the issue was still apparent. I returned to the dealership and informed them that I would not be purchasing the vehicle. The sales staff was very unhelpful and withdrawn at this point--I requested my keys and left to an apathetic "sorry". The manager did call after I left, offering to make things right--but I feel that due diligence should be delivered on the front end, especially at a price point of $93.5K!!! A vehicle in that condition is a liability... its unsafe and will possibly leave a customer stranded. Buyer beware!

Wish I could give them less than one star. I went here because the car purchasing process was a breeze. They low balled me for my car, which I expected since it had two accidents reported on the carfax. They lied and told me they do not sell cars with more than one wreck on their lot so they would have to auction it off. This lie was quickly shown when they relisted my car on their lot days later when they put my car that they gave me at about 9k for on their lot for 13k. I was ok though at the time. I purchased a three year old Mercedes off lease from them. They guaranteed the car had zero accidents reported. I went to trade in the car later at a dealership. They asked if the car had any accidents reported, which I happily said no to. They came back with the carfax and the car had disabling front damage reported on it from the original owner which killed the value of my Mercedes. Lastly, when I was buying the car, they told me the Mercedes manufacturers four year warranty ended mid December of this year. I had a few problems with the car, small, that I was going to have repaired. I made an appointment for late November with Mercedes to have these small issues fixed for free under warranty. Mercedes informed me once I got there the warranty ended mid November and I was out of warranty and would pay any fixes out of pocket. I am an extremely detailed person, and put the exact date in my iPhone iCal while talking to my salesman as to not miss this important date. This place is a joke and a scam. You are dealing with criminals. I did not take the time to go get a lawyer and press legal charges. I have traded in the Mercedes and will never do business with this company again. I am from Nashville, as is my family, and will tell anyone I know to stay far away from this place. BEWARE!

I went in to test drive a 2007 Cadillac Escalade priced at a little under $24,000. Before taking the vehicle out for a test drive, I was told by Rob that the vehicle was perfect when I asked about the repairs they had done before putting it on the lot. When looking at the vehicle during a test drive I discovered things such as a few lines leaking fluid under the hood, the serpentine and A/C belts dry rotted and splitting, there had been an obvious collision on the rear right side of the vehicle, the seal around that door was practically falling off the car, there were multiple rust holes on the roof, and there had been body work done on the front that had the alignment of the bumper/fenders completely off. When speaking with Rob, my fiance and I offered to pay the price they were asking, but they had to do the 100,000 mile service and fix the serious abnormalities I found. (They had it on the lot at over 98K and wanted to sell it, and then that customer spend another 1k getting it serviced) Rob informed me that if they looked at it and did fix the problems with the vehicle, the price would go up. I am disgusted by a dealership trying to sell a broken vehicle. Then to make it even better, when they get caught with their skirt up and are asked to fix serious issues, they wont honor a price they have posted on the internet and on the vehicle. Message to all potential customers: When checking out a vehicle, be sure to really look.
