I hate car buying! But, I can say that out of the many car purchasing experiences I’ve had in my life, the experience I had with Ryan Murray was among the best. Ryan was not overly-friendly, not overly-talkative, not over-excited...he just seemed genuinely pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to be presenting Infiniti cars. I contacted him before going out to the dealership and he made sure the vehicles I intended to test drive were ready to go. When I developed a "crush" on a vehicle totally outside what I told him I initially wanted in terms of features and price, he pointed out its features and offered me a test, but didnt try to sell me up; he really seemed in tune with me as HIS customer and what I really wanted. I never felt like he tried to sell me anything, he just made the decision process very comfortable and pointed out the features and differences of my final two selected cars. Patrick, the business manager was also very personable and professional and I would ask to work with him again if I had to. Of course, in hindsight I feel like he "got" me as I have a few extras I really didnt set out to purchase, but honestly, he laid it all out (as is his job) and I selected a few things because they sounded good at the time (thats what I get for going alone after work). But there was no hard sell, no doomsday stories, no acting as if I HAD to get all of that crap, no trying to sell me everything else I didnt select. Importantly, he did not have me sitting there hours on end. Just "Hey! Heres some cool stuff you may want since youre getting another cool car!" LOL Good job! My postmortem research assures me that I got a good deal and I am happy with my purchase. Overall, my experience was good and I would tell anyone to go see Ryan if they are in the market for an excellent car.

Proceed With Caution We recently bought a used 2013 Infiniti through Carvana. We took it into Infiniti of Cool Springs for service due to the car not shifting correctly. The drop off and pick up experience was phenomenal. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes and on my way driving a loaner vehicle. After dropping off the car, the service associate called me and advised me that the shifting issue was a common problem with my year and model Infiniti and that it would be covered under manufacturers warranty. He also advised that I needed to perform the 30K mile service since it was never performed on my vehicle (car had 36K miles on odometer) and that I needed a wheel alignment. Total estimated charges were $1,200. My Concerns We had just purchased this vehicle 2 months prior, and the vehicle came with paperwork from the previous original owner, dealer lease documents and a comprehensive CarFax report. The CarFax stated that the vehicle had been serviced at 33K miles at the Infiniti dealership where it was originally purchased by the previous original owner. Due to the CarFax having limited information on the services performed, I called the dealership where it was service. I confirmed, the vehicle was serviced and a 30K mile service was performed in addition to other miscellaneous work. This information was noted in the Nissan North American portal, which all Infiniti dealerships have access to this system. Lastly, I personally had the local tire service center perform a complete wheel alignment 2 weeks prior to taking it to Infiniti of Cool Springs. Again, the overall experience pertaining to the warranty work was phenomenal. However, the additional services they recommended were unjustified, which gives me concern about this dealership.

I made a lease purchase at this dealership but I live in Huntsville, AL. One of their known advertising tactics is to provide 12 months NO COST maintenance as persuasion to buy at Infiniti of Cool Springs. They also advertise Door to Door delivery to Huntsville, Knoxville, and Bowling Green area but it’s interesting to me that they deliver to these places outside of the Nashville area but dont provide reasonable assistance for those customers in addition to the delivery they promise. I live in Huntsville, AL and I was provided with the 12 month NO COST maintenance package but the catch is you can ONLY use it at the Infiniti of Cool Springs. This is an Inconvenient for a customer to travel to Nashville, TN just to get an oil change. I inquired with services department and Customer relations to see if it was possible for them to reimburse the cost if I go to a local dealership or provide me with a waiver so I may take advantage of the 12 months NO COST maintenance package. Both persons provided with the same inconvenient message stating I may not be provided with services at the local infiniti dealership in Huntsville, AL and I must come to Nashville, TN to get my oil change because this service is not provided by Infiniti. I have the choice of using two tanks of gas which is $ 120 round trip to get to Infiniti of Cool Springs or purchase the oil change and tire rotation at the local dealership. How is this dealership happy to deliver a car in areas outside the Nashville area but not accommodate those customers with the services advertised in their local areas? It seems that the sale is all Infiniti of Cool Springs is after and once the sale is complete the customer is no longer a concern.

NEVER NEVER NEVER have you vehicle serviced at Infiniti of Cool Springs. I had my vehicle serviced here (the check engine light was on). Even before I reached the 1st stop light, my check engine light came back on again. I turned around took my vehicle back to the service dept. Diagnosis; the Mechanic failed to hook up one of the connections properly. Next day, driving on I-40, the engine began "missing" and the check engine light came on and was flashing. Pulled off at the 1st exit, engine smoking, fuel was spewing onto the hot engine, which could have caught my vehicle on fire. I called wrecker had my car towed to my home. Infiniti of Cool Springs picked up my vehicle, diagnosis; the Mechanic put a torn fuel pump O-ring gasket on my vehicle. Infiniti of Cool Springs corrected this problem created by their Mechanic. I requested they reimburse towing fees, this took them over one month and numerous calls. Less than one week later yet another engine check light..... took the vehicle to another Mechanic. He said there was another connections that hadnt been connected at all when Infiniti worked on my vehicle. The cost of "repairs" by Infiniti of Cool Springs were over $1500.00, I asked the Owner to reimburse my money because of all the issues caused by his Mechanic, he declined,.

Well the first night when the salesman sold me the car everything was great. He said call me and we will detail your vehicle and fill up the gas for you it was late so we agreed.. Then the salesman Daniel asked us on our test drive do you know someone that works for Nissan we said yes. His name is Mike Hamby the the sales manager of Nissan of Murf we have bought several vehicles from him he said great you will get a discount. We said ok. Then we called and scheduled the detail worse mistake I could have ever done with Infinity. We drop the vehicle off the the next day my wife picks it up then she calls me upset. They did not fill up the gas and they didnt detail the vehicle.the glue on the windows still from the stickers that was on there. All the windows smeared and the vehicle hadnt been detailed at all. So I called and spoke to them and about how my wife just wasted a trip to Franklin since we live in Mount Juliet.Spoke to the salesman and he said do you have the employee number to your friend so we can give you the discount. I said what!! He said if you dont have that you will be fined 1500.00 dollars.. This location of Infinity is horrible please do not waist your time at this location.. Horrible customer service is the bottom line...
