I think this place might be a good floral place, but if there you can find another floral place I would say go there!!! I had a meeting about what I wanted. When I called for the deposit amount they had a different amount of what I previously ordered. I had to get that cleared up. I ordered 16 vases for a wedding. Then I called to pay for the rest of my balance and I asked about delivery. I had previsouly asked for them to be delivered in my first inital meeting but Im guessing when the person adjusted the price the first time they did not put the delivery back on there. I dont know. So she told me eitehr pay for delivery or come pick them up. I had it at this point and was not going to give them anything else. I told them I would come pick them up. Considering it is their products I would think they would have them sitting in a box when I come pick them up that would be the courteous thing and practical. However they had them sitting in nothing. The worker asked did I have a box for them and bubble wrap. Now, Im planning a wedding and this is the day before the wedding, if I needed that why wouldnt you just tell me that over the phone when I stated I would pick them up. Whelp, I was so frustrated I just paid for delivery at this point there was no way I could go and get all that, wrap them up and complete other errands for the wedding. Wrapping them up, e.t.c. I thought was the owners responsibility. So once they were delivered I had two different sizes!!! I specifically, ordered, and paid for one specific size and if they did not have all of them then they should have informed me in my initial meeting. I was livid, and this was the day of the wedding, this was totally ridiculous! Not to mention all the vases were dirty with hand prints, spots, e.t.c. If you have someone delievering them then shouldnt they have bubble wrap on them so they dont get dirty like you wanted me to have bubble wrap. Anyway it dont get any better. I called the day of the wedding which was so frustrating the guy that I initally delt with blurrted out "I will give you back $35.00" which is my deposit ........go figure. Anywho I had to figure out what to do with two different sizes of vases. I returned the vases clean, with bubble wrap on each 16, in two boxes. Now Im a woman, and I had to carry each box in myself, with no help. there were three workers in the store no one offered to help, or even HOLD the door open I had to struggle with all 16 vases, as if they wanted me to break something. I promise you cant make this stuff up! The people are unprofessional, rude, forgetful, they charge you for the wrong things, get mad at you for their mistakes, send you the wrong size vases. It was just too many mistakes for a wedding. I also used Partytime Rental on Rodney Parham and LOVED them!. I would never use or recommend Fairytale Florals to any one I know. Once you do a wedding everyone want to know who you used and I definitley would not recommend this company!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered an arrangement from 1-800-Flowers. Turns out this was the local florist with whom they contracted to make and deliver the arrangement. They missed the first delivery time, but lied about the delivery and posted it was delivered. When 1-800-Flowers contacted them they told them they did not have the order. Makes me wonder why they reported it delivered. We gave them the option to deliver it the next day before we were scheduled to leave for a trip. They agreed to the delivery. They missed that delivery as well. Now out of town we get a picture this evening from a relative house sitting. Not the arrangement I purchased, and the balloon I paid for was not with it. On top of that when they spoke to my wife earlier in the day they lied about the conversation I had with them and 1-800-Flowers. Suffice it to say...there is no way I would consider using this unethical and deceptive business for any local needs.

The bouquet I ordered ended up costing over $75, with tax and delivery. The one that came looked like A GROCERY STORE PURCHASE. I ordered a beautiful bouquet, the "New Victorian Romance" via their website, and the flowers that were delivered to my Mother, on Mothers Day, looked nothing at all like the picture. I called to ask why this happened, and was given a long list of reasons why they werent responsible. I was told to call 1-800-flowers. The guy on the phone kept cutting me off, was so insensitive, and didnt care how this made his business look. I didnt want my money back, or to have a new bouquet sent. I just wanted someone to apologize and understand that this isnt a way to run a business. They claim their substitution policy allows them to make changes. But no policy should allow them to send a substitution that is far less quality than what was ordered. I will never order from here again.

A little disappointed with Fairytale Florals. Used them for my wedding and requested all white flowers - everything was green. There was very little white in any of the arrangements that were delivered. We wanted a lot of curly willow and instead received willow that sort of flopped out of the vases. The flowers werent even positioned all the way down in the vases. We also provided very detailed pictures of what we wanted - the arrangements looked nothing like the pictures. Even the cake looked completed different. We requested burlap wrapped around mason jars, and the jars came with these fake white flowers attached to it. Also, walked into our reception and the candles on all the tables (which were supposed to be in jars) were just sitting out and werent lit. Overall, I was disappointed - it seems that the pictures and conversations we had were never taken into consideration.

My wife ordered a small arrangement for a co-worker because Fairytale Florals offered some unique gifts at affordable prices. However, when the arrangement arrived, it was the wrong order. No big deal, a quick phone call back to the florist should clear up the mistake. This is where the employees of Fairytale Florals were extremely rude over the course of two phone calls in two days. We are pretty laid back people, but when I read the customer service propaganda on Fairytale Florals website to that we experienced in the last couple days, I felt compelled to write a review. Hopefully, others have a better experience and the management/ownership takes some initiative to refocus their employees, but I do not forsee us (and everyone I know) ever using Fairytale Florals services again.

I walked in and asked if they could throw together a $20 vase of flowers for my girlfriend and they made a beautifully arranged bouquet in 10 minutes that she loved. Very nice people (the ladys) and a beautiful business. However, we asked them to make flower arrangements for our wedding and they forgot! We changed the date, but told Scott. He was very rude and tried to say we gave him the wrong date. I bought bouquets from them monthly for almost two years, but no more.

My sister gave birth to her baby girl a month early. So I scrambled to find a florist in the North Little Rock area, near her hospital. I found Fairytale Florals and called by phone to place an order. The employee I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I gave them a price point and said it was for a baby girl. My sister received a lovely arrangement within 2 hours. If I lived in the area these guys would be my go to florists.
