Wow, went in to plan flowers for my wedding. There were 5 people behind the counter, 3 talking to each other, one checking out the only other person in the shop, and the other standinding behind the checkout person watching. I stook there for 5 minutes, then wandered the store for about another 5. I cam back and one guy asked me if I needed help, I said yes, I need wedding flowers, he said he will find somebody to help me. 10 minutes later a girl came out and told me the person that does the wedding plans is leaving in 5 minutes and cant talk now, can I come back Monday. That is when I looked behind the main counter window and saw there were two more employees in the back chatting in front of a computer. Wow, 7 employees and nobody can help me. That must be why their prices are so high, necessary to pay the employees that do nothing all afternoon. No, I wont come back Monday, Ill find another flower shop. Big deal, they are just flowers, I can get roses anywhere and vases from a crafts store. Save your money.

I have always enjoyed the flowers from Tipton Hurst and the staff has always been very friendly and very helpful. That all changed today. I have wedding coming up this summer and thought who better to do my flowers than Tipton Hurst. I just met with the woman in charge of wedding flower contracts and I have never met a more rude, uppity person. She never once listened to what were asking for and kept repeating "in my professional" opinion after every insult. We never asked for her opinion and when we did ask for something, she simply said "we dont do that" or "I wouldnt do that, in my professional opinion". I wanted to ask just how long she had been in this business because her customer service skills are non-existent. Im really not "bridezilla" but every idea I had was shut down even though she didnt even listen to it. She interrupted a thousand times and never heard what we had to say. Wow. What a very rude, inconsiderate, snobby woman. I will defnitely not even entertain the thought of hiring her for my wedding flowers.

This was the first time (and last time) I have used Tipton & Hurst in Little Rock for flowers. I was shopping online for prom flowers (corsage and boutonniere) and found a lovely set at the Tipton & Hurst website. I placed my order three days in advance of the pick-up date and set the pick-up time for 3 (as their website suggested). Arrived at the store at 3:15 and was told "she was still putting on the ribbon and will be done shortly." This was obviously not true as I had to wait for 45 MINUTES before it was ready. Thank goodness I decided to pick them up a day before Prom or they would not have gotten the flowers in time to leave. Neither piece looked like it did on the website (less ribbon, different colored jewels, and overall on the small side) but I was so happy to be able to leave, I grabbed them and ran. Will not be returning.

I spoke to some one 24 hours before v-day to ensure that if I ordered flowers, they would get to the address before a certain time. The order was going to be via internet and it was not giving me the option of timing or even an express delivery. I call on v-day at around noon and am told they are really sorry but they cant ensure delivery on time as they are backed up ... that for an additional 20 bucks, they could try .... after numerous holds, I get told they cant even do that. I wish I had stayed with pro-flower or FTD. This has been a waste of 200 bucks and my time. Very very disappointed.

Howard Hurst and his staff truly have an amazing florist and showroom. Just a visit to their Heights store will give anyone a variety of gift items you might be looking for outside of the flower realm. But as far as flowers go they always have a wide variety and available flower selection to pretty much meet any customers needs or wants. Howards design team are very gifted and do such a wonderful job. I have been very pleased with the quality of their flowers and work for all different type of occasions, they have always been top notch.

Tipton & Hurst continues to uphold its reputation in Little Rock as being the best. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Chris Norwood and his team of designers create traditional arrangements with a contemporary edge. The combination of florals mixed with a wide array of organic materials gives Tipton & Hurst arraangement that truely sets them apart. I highly recommend Tipton & Hurst, not only for floral arrangements, but also for their wonderful assortment of gift items from gourmet snacks to home fragrances.

I use Tipton Hurst regularly, they have a great selection of not only plants and flowers but gifts as well. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and they go out of their way to please the customer. This holds true in all locations, Little Rock, Conway, Baptist Medical Center, North Little Rock & The Promenade Mall on Chenal. Customer service is paramount and if your not satisfied just call the president, Howard Hurst. He will do whatever it take to satisfy the customer.

the worst experience....called and talked to some girl named samantha or tara couldnt hear her because she was too far from the phone. Asked if they could deliver on the day they were ordered and she said possibly but would have to check put me on hold for 10 minutes just to say the flowers may not make it to my girlfriend in a 5 hour time frame..absolutely ridiculous...she was of zero help and i will never buy from there again....terrible service

I have been going to this flower shop for almost thirty years. They did my wedding and did a wonerful job.I also used them for my dads funeral, again wonderful job.. I love all the employees they are always so helpful and designers are so creative. The owner is also very friendly and gives back to the community. They have been in business for over 100 years that should say something..

Tipton Hurst has a great shop, very homey feel and the staff are very knowledgeable. Service is top notch, fast and the flowers are higher quality and last longer than any other flower shop Ive experienced. Tipton and Hurst did a magnificent job decorating for my wedding. They did more than I had asked. Everything looked beautiful!! Tipton and Hurst is the best place for flowers in Arkansas. Chris Norwood and the design team create the most exquisite arrangements. You will not be dissappointed. I would highly recommend using Tipton and Hurst!

Sent flowers to my mom for Valentines Day from Tipton & Hurst and the arrangement turned out beautifully! The staff members have wonderful taste. I was calling from Dallas and they were very helpful and courteous over the phone while I decided on what flowers would be perfect for her. Will always be a loyal Tipton and Hurst customer!
