Edit: From 1 star to 3. I was able to contact the manager of the store. While the order was delayed they did try to make it right. They made the delivery the following business day, refunded me the cost, and offered a discount on a future order. I will be giving them a second chance to earn my business. Terrible customer service! I placed an order a month ago and they couldnt deliver it on the scheduled day. I tried to call the office but their phone must be off the hook because I get a busy signal each time. I would recommend a competitor like Sharis Berries or someone who can at least answer their phone at least.

They closed 30 minutes early on the day my order was supposed to be ready. I came back the next day and my order still wasnt ready and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make my order. No phone calls or contact letting me me know they were closing early or that they did not have my order ready on time.

Awful customer service. Didnt even have my order ready on time and they closed 30 min earlier than they were supposed to. Save yourself the money and time and go buy fruit and decorate it yourself :)
