When I placed an order for my bridal bouquet, I asked for dahlias, roses, hydrangeas, in a very loose and romantic medium sized bouquet with a vintage feel. I also looked through their books and pointed out one that had the exact feel I was going for. I assumed that by doing this they would make a note of the bouquet or page number as reference when arranging the bouquet. I watched as she typed the order into their computer and included a note that I wanted only shades of white and ivory. She warned me that they may only be able to get dahlias that had lavender or pink shades and said if they couldnt get white or cafe au lait dahlias they would use daisies and then use button mums to hide the dark centers. Which I agreed to, because she demonstrated the look to me and the appearance would give the bouquet nice interest and texture. Unfortunately, what I picked up on the day of my portraits was a tight bouquet of roses, hydrangeas, mums, and daisies. Nothing like the picture I had shown them in their book. Because it was the day of my portraits and I had other appointments to attend I decided to just go with it and not get upset. I spoke to them later in the week and they simply said "the bouquet you picked up was pretty", offered [at my request] to provide a partial refund and wished me luck with my wedding day bouquet.

This is a beautiful building with such amazing selection of flowers and gifts! Better than that are the staff!! They are so kind and helpful and go the extra mile to make sure your purchase is perfect!! My 9 year old daughter had saved her money to purchase something for me for Mothers Day and Jessica worked with her to find the perfect gift and beautifully wrapped it! For that reason this will always be my florist of choice!!
