I received a years worth of flowers for my birthday last year. Every month, they were supposed to deliver to my job on the 24th of the month. The flowers were constantly late, to the point that I would have to call them 2 weeks later and remind them of my flower delivery. A customer shouldnt have to worry about whether or not the product is delivered. If that was the case, someone would arrange a separate delivery each month. They did not offer a discount for buying a year in advance. Several months, the flowers were already wilted the day they were delivered, making me think that they made them up on time but just didnt deliver them. I do not recommend using this florist!

Absolutely Disappointed. First, the receptionist was not very friendly or personable. But I thought, Whatever. I placed an order first thing in the morning and had expected it to be delivered by lunch. At around 2:30, I hadnt heard anything. I call the Shop back to Inquire. The same lady states that their CC machine is not working and my flowers will not be delivered today. Didnt even get a call informing me of the situation. She did say she did call....... but my history showed nothing and my carriers network is superior. I shouldve listened to the earlier reviews. lesson learned.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Ive had good luck with every other local flower shop Ive ordered flowers from before. I ordered flowers for a sick family member to be delivered the day they arrived home from the hospital. The order did not arrive. When I tried calling the next day (Saturday) no one answered the phone (even though weekends were listed as delivery dates on the website) and there was not even an outgoing message. When I called on Monday, I was assured someone would check into it and get back to me. Never happened.

I ordered an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary. I got a call the day of the delivery stating that they did not have what I ordered and they would just "put something nice together". I got an email saying that the order was delivered, it was not. I have received no reason why it marked as delivered and was not. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Ordered through an online website and the flowers looked NOTHING like the picture I ordered. Said they didnt have the flowers requested but would do a "Florists Choice". Flowers were NOTHING like I ordered. Colors didnt match at all. Ordered and paid for two balloons and only got one. It was terrible. DO NOT USE!

I ordered flowers online. The flowers were not delivered over a 2 day period and then I discovered they didnt even have the arrangement which I had ordered online. Also, they are not open during weekend hours, even though their web-order page says they will be able to deliver over the weekend. Crummy.

Wish there was a lower rating available. I guess the assumption is that if I order from out of state I wont see the order. Totally misrepresented.

Looked like they got a 9.99 bunch of flowers from Kroger or Wal-Mart put in a vase and delivered to me. Cheap no design, very disappointed.
