This is hands on my worse experience. We spent over 2 thousand on flowers and centerpiece rentals for my wedding and ceremony and they messed it up so horribly. I picked them out months in advance and even with that everything was rushed and awful. They didnt have all the flowers we talked about and they didnt have anything set up till less then 30 minutes before my ceremony was about to begin it was placed in bags on the grass. I know this because 40 minuates before ceremony my mother and my maid of honor called because nothing was set up. They were suppose to have everything set up also in the morning, which we repeatedly said but because he didnt write it down it didnt matter. We had people come in for cover from the rain after into the ballroom where decorations were to be set up and everything was still on the floor. My flowers that were suppose to be in a vase filled with water were put in a vase with a little bit of water at the bottom. They werent on time, they didnt have the flowers we picked out, things werent set up the way we talked about, and they were just rude during it also. After all of this my mother went to them to clear up this issue with them for how unprofessional they were. Doug argued with my mother after about out displeasment. The decorater Jamie kept saying he should of asked more questions. Even though we told him repeatedly that before 11 and then to come back around 4 to move some ceremony pieces to the the reception. Do not go to this vendor for your wedding, unless you want stress and them to rip you off. Sincerely, A very unhappy bride

Jamie was so incredibly helpful! He had such great ideas and took the theme of our wedding, art deco, and made it come to life! We were so incredibly impressed with his practical suggestions, he knowledge of flowers, and his help in keeping us in budget, but giving us such amazing and decadent arrangements! We had Chalet do our flowers, and then transported them three hours away, the day before the wedding. Because of Jamies extensive knowledge of flowers and what would work for our November wedding, the flowers were still just as fresh as they were when we took them from the shop! They were a beautiful addition to our wedding, and I know I will use them again for any event!

When I had my consultation with Jaime I thought it was just going to be about flowers, but then he started talking about decorations and I was floored with all of the things they could do! Besides what chalet did I didnt have a ton of decorations to clean up at the end of the night. It was amazing not having to make my families and wedding party stay until all hours of the night to clean up. And they went above and beyond my hopes for my flowers for the bouquets and the table decorations, and it wasnt overly expensive. I was very happy with my experience with chalet. Jamie and Doug made that part of my big day beautiful and stress free!

Such an awesome job! My mother lives in Spring Lake, MI and I live in Milwaukee, WI. I forgot it was Mothers Day on Sunday and attempted to contact every floral shop in Spring Lake and Grand Haven but all were closed. I took a chance on hoping a Muskegon floral shop might deliver to Spring Lake. Chalet popped up in my newsfeed and they did an amazing job. They even delivered at the last minute on a Sunday! I cant express how grateful I am to have made my mothers day with a special delivery. And she couldnt stop gushing about how beautiful the arrangement looks on her coffee table. Chalet Floral & Events has my business for life.

Jamie did a fabulous job for our wedding. I went in not really knowing what kind of decor I wanted, and he picked up on my style immediately and gave me great ideas, and I have to say I loved every one of them. He was not pushy AT ALL and he was respectful of our budget. He created exactly what I wanted for all of my bouquets and other floral ideas. Competitive prices and above and beyond service and quality. I will be a Chalet customer for life! Thank you Jamie and all of Chalet for making our wedding beautiful!

Excellent service. Most affordable in town. Cut our other 2 florist quotes in half for the wedding. Did a very wonderful job with the arrangements. Would use again for smaller stuff. But no need for wedding again. Lol. They were friendly no matter who I spoke to in the store or who helped us. They made us feel welcome. They had flowers there on time. And ready. Wonderful card holder and arch. If you are hesitant on where to go. Dont hesitate to go to chalet floral. They are phenomenal.

Chalet Floral was so helpful for my wedding! They had the best rental prices on linens and vases (by far) and had a large selection to choose from. I needed a couple extra linens from what they had in stock and they ordered more for my event, only charging me the same rental price as the linens they already had in stock. Their staff is amazing to work with and has many ideas on what you can do. They have linens, décor, flowers, vases, cake stands, etc. TONS to look through!

Chalet is the best!! We used them for our wedding and did not regret the choice at all! Jamie is SO extremely helpful!! We rented everything from table center pieces, room decor, card holder, and seat covers. The creativity, and knowledge of this staff is amazing! All the wedding parties flowers were so beautiful! Jamie was a real pleasure to work with from the first day we met with him! I had a vision, but some logistical issues with the venue. He problem solved with us and came up with a fantastic plan that was so beautiful! Truly he took my ideas and far exceeded my expectations.
