I called this florist directly because it was close to where I wanted the flowers delivered. I explained I wanted something beautiful and memorable for a memorial service. The owner was so accommodating and even sent me pictures of different arrangements and vases so she could decide exactly what I wanted. Wow! Not used to this type of wonderful service from a florist. She eventually showed me an amazingly beautiful cut and stained glass vase which she agreed to prepare the arrangement and send me a photo of the finished arrangement. She was a delight to talk to and I could tell this person would put the kind of care I expected in my arrangement. This florist is definitely not a "box store" type of business. If you want personal service and a pleasant person to do business with, I would recommend this florist!

Calling from afar, the name of this floral shop spoke to me for what I needed in an arrangement and fast. Suzanne, the owner, answered at the end of her day. It might as well have been the beginning of her day. Suzanne was cheerful, helpful and very accommodating for what I needed. It is the first time a florist has sent me a picture of the arrangement made for my recipient. What a great idea. The arrangement was lovely as I expected it would be. Customer service was superb. I made the right choice to call Love at First Sight Floral & Design. Thank you, Suzanne!

As a florist in a different city...I was quite particular about choosing flowers for a friend in Indianapolis. After spending a great deal of time on the internet, I chose Love at First Sight mainly because of the website reviews. After speaking with Suzanne directly about my order, I was convinced I had made the right decision. She seemed genuinely concerned with creating something special and her enthusiasm was obvious. I did see the arrangement and it was lovely. My friend also was impressed and said she would use Love at First Sight in the Future!

Excellent experience in working with Suzanne! She was very helpful and service oriented to help me with a long distance request for my sister on a special occasion. Not only did she find just the right beautiful arrangement while we talked on the phone, she sent a picture, called to let me know she was working to reach my sister to be sure she could deliver when she was home, confirmed that the delivery was made, and then sent a follow up thank you! My sister was thrilled and that kind of service and quality are hard to find these days.

This florist is the best. The owner, Suzanne, took care of a monthly order for several months. My sister-in-law was undergoing monthly difficult medical treatments, and Suzanne hand-created a beautiful arrangement to cheer her up every time. Suzanne made great choices based on what was in-season and my sisters personal tastes. Every arrangement was tasteful, fresh and beautiful. She made my sisters day month after month. Great customer service, great attention to detail. A terrific experience !

Called this shop when needing to send flowers to a friend living in the Carmel, Indiana area. I was looking for a custom arrangement which was unique in style, with specific colors, and within my budget. After a short conversation with the florist, I felt really comfortable that I was going to get a really nice custom arrangement. Working with Suzanne was great! Within 30 minutes of placing my order, she called me with suggestions to change the winter bouquet into a fall bouquet. She told me things she thought would be great to accent the arrangement and sent me a photo of the final piece for my approval before delivery. It was put together nicely and delivered the same day. Suzanne was awesome, I placed my order onlne and after trying half the day to find exactly what I ordered to no avail Suzanne called me and said she would make a very nice arrangement that would be more pricey than what I had originally ordered. The Flowers were beautiful and the recipient loved them. I will do all my business with Love at first sight whenever I need anything floral when in the Indianapolis area
