I placed an online order for my girlfriend on Valentines day. I wanted it delivered after a certain time to her work because I learned a long time ago that some woman like being presented the flowers in front of other people. I placed the order online and asked them to deliver it after a certain time so she would be there. They called me on Valentines day to tell me my credit card had been denied. Turns out I mistyped some numbers. I gave her the information over the phone and it went through just fine. I then asked her if they would be able to deliver the flowers after the time I requested. She said they couldnt do that because they werent delivering that late. She told me they were going to take it 4 hours prior to my request. I told her that the restaurant wouldnt be open then and she tried to tell me they could take it in through the Kitchen and leave the flowers there for her. That defeats the purpose of my special instructions. Thank goodness I mistyped my credit card info because they were going to do this without telling me. Here is my feedback to Andrews. When a customer places special instructions on the order that you cannot fulfill, call the customer and let them know. Dont try to do it your own way just so you can get the order.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered flowers for my boss birthday which is today and was very excited to receive the flowers. However, I was VERY disappointed when the bouquet arrived. The bouquet I ordered should have included 5 rose stems (with multiple roses), 4 pink carnation stems (with multiple carnations), 4 white daisy pompom stems (with mutliple daisies (according to FTD Florists). The bouquet I received was three single roses, three single pink carnations and the daisies. I made contact with the local florist that delivered the flowers (Andrews Florist) who indicated they did not receive enough money for the bouquet which was advertised and paid for. Not to mention, the female that I spoke with continued to argue with me back and forth on the phone. Is this really what customer service has come to? Its sad to say that I will under no circumstances recommend this florist eventhough it is accessible. THANKS FOR NOTHING AND RUINING THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY FOR AN INDIVIDUAL!!!!

I thought at first that it would be great, the lady seemed genuinely enthused to help me pick out flowers for me wedding. I had seen an arrangement that I liked from this florist but wanted to tweak it to fit my wedding colors and it ended up that I had to pay for bushels of each type of flower and make the arrangement myself. Which I wasnt upset about, I knew what I wanted and could do it. But I still paid the price or a pre-made arrangement for the same amount of flowers and did the work myself. Then the lilies were runty little things when I had expressed during the purchase that I wanted them because I loved big petaled flowers, and half the purple lisianthus were brown and wilted. I bought a dozen red roses from Walmart to mix in with the bouquet and they looked better than the flowers from Andrews.

I stopped in to buy a vase of fresh flowers for a co-worker and said I wanted to spend about $40. The surly woman did not greet me pleasantly nor did she ask what type of flowers I wanted. She immediately started to fill the smallest vase she had with filler fern, mums and carnations. I have been buying flowers for a very long time and know they are the least expensive you can buy and they are not attractive flowers. I asked for others and she obliged, however, I could see she was visibly not pleased. I watched as an older lady worked on a tired looking arrangement, that I have seen for 20 years. They never said a kind word to me--or thanked me. I can only say Ill never go back--VERY disappointing

My family has been going to Andrews for years, and they have never disappointed. Recently, I hired Andrews as the florist for my wedding and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!!! We received so many wonderful complements about the flowers. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff went out of their way to make sure the flowers were exactly what I wanted. Like I said, we have used them for years and am sure they will be our florist of choice for years to come!

Extremely rude on the phone. I politely called and asked if they sprayed daisies to match the colors I wanted. No greeting on the phone whatsoever and the seller seemed in an extremely bad mood. When I asked about the colored daises I got a firm NO and then they hung up and didnt say goodbye or thank you. I know I wont be buying from this place in the future.

I called around 1:40pm and they could get flowers to my friend by 5:00pm same day on Valentines Day weekend! Yes is the only answer I like to hear when I am doing business and I feel they provided all the right answers! I hope the arrangement is amazing and makes her feel better! Either way this flower shop made me very happy.

Customer service is bad. Its like they dont even care about you at all. Very unhappy people when you walk in the store. The flowers were ok. Nothing special. There certainly wasnt a wow factor in the arangements but worste of all is the customer service. I will go else where from now on.

In spite of some of the poor reviews I went this past Valentines day to pick out some flowers. They were busy as expected but were prompt in helping me and the service was friendly. I will be back next time I need flowers.

I love our local flower shop. Andrews florist has half price "you pick" flowers on Fridays. I pick my own bouquet almost every other week and the selection is great. The flowers are beautiful and last at least 2 weeks.
