I have been a customer of this UPS Store for 5 years. During this time, I have had nothing but GREAT service and QUALITY printing. When I get a package or two (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), they notify me promptly that its here. Since I am handicapped, everyone of their employees have volunteered to carry it/them out to my car for me, without asking. I do a lot of printing here, since I am an aspiring author, having retired from education after 40+ years. I send them via email what I need to have printed and its done VERY PROMPTLY. I find it in my mailbox later that day. I print both black-and-white, as well as color copies, to the tune of several thousand month;y. I have also had them print business cards, postcards, and 11x17 booklets A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Until, my last experience with this UPS store, I have all ways had a positive experience. They have recently started charging a $3.00 fee for sending an email to them. I can not imagine charging someone $ 3.00 for an email. They dont have this price charge posted in the store or online they just wait until you go into the store to pick up your items. $3.00 may not seem like a lot of money, but when you are talking about printing something that cost .36 cents. The fee is more than 83 times the cost of the item. OVERPRICED!!!! OUTLANDISH FEES!!!!

I always drive the extra mile to drop off my packages at this store! Im closer to Powdersville but the staff at Easley makes it all worth it! You wont find a sweeter bunch of people willing to help give you a hand and answer so many questions. Love this store!!!
